    @ThreeUKSupport I provided you with a postcode and a map, what did you do with that information? There has been a problem with that cell site for years, you've had a repair pending for over 2 years and it's still not fixed. Look into it and come back to me with facts, thanks. 👍🏻

    @paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

    @ThreeUK @RoyalMail This has been going on since July 9 when the phone was confirmed lost by Royal Mail. I have been calling and repeating myself constantly to this Three customer service almost as if no one writes notes when calls are made. The WORST kind of customer service EVER.

    @ThreeUKSupport you are obstructing us leaving your failing Internet service. Your Indian "help" centre has hung up calls & kept me on endless hold. Obstructing cancellation is contrary to OFCOM regulatory requirements. Reading this? Then avoid 3!
