@ThreeUKSupport Yes she’s still experiencing the issue unfortunately, three days now. I’ve restarted her phone several times. I don’t think the issue is with the phone, this is network issue on you guys end. It’s annoying and frustrating for the poor woman. Help!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, I’ve chatted with customer service and they said the issue should be resolved in 20 minutes but it’s been hours now and it hasn’t resolved as she still can’t make calls. It keep saying “this is a special announcement, that you can no longer dail blah blah…”
