@ThreeUK Hello, Why would someone spend 11 minutes talking to your customer service? The purchase problem was solved in 5 seconds and I’ve spent 10:55 minutes hearing offers and the “call brief”seriously!! It’s 2021 you will keep a customer by keeping their time.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I have Three 5G WiFi. Router is by the balcony window/door. Was getting perfect 5G signal with door closed until few days ago, but now, lose 5G when door is closed. Had this issue before and was told a transmitter was down. Is that the case again?

Absolutely shocking service from @ThreeUKSupport requested a replacement sim on 27th October and still waiting. Chased today to be told there was some error and it had been cancelled. Requested sim 3 times now, unable to use the service and will probably still want the bill paid!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why am I paying for a service when I'm not getting one? Both my Three phones plus my wife's Three phone have been unable to make calls to landlines since Saturday. No point paying for unlimited calls when we can't make them. Will we be credited for this outage?
