    @ThreeUKSupport Thankyou...husband reports signal still very weak indoors. Has to be near window or outside to obtain decent signal. His colleagues report the same 🙁

    @paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

    @ThreeUK want to compliment you on your appalling customer service. Having a phone stolen is bad enough waiting for a replacement SIM for two weeks is not acceptable. Happy to take my knee for a temporary one though

    @ThreeUK hey I think my bill went up from 16.66 to £23 as I'm not a student anymore 🥲 I didn't get all Karen tho, you're a great network. Long shot rly is but is there any chance we can add South Korea to the roaming list? I'm moving soon for work, would help out sooooo much 🙏x

    @StuartMilne1970 @ThreeUK @EE im probably not noticing it much because at home im on my own wifi all the time...usually comes down to price in the past they were definitely the cheapest...that is probably not the case now

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for reply. As long as I know it is on the way. Customer services basically said that I may never have it as it’s been stopped. As a business customer, it’s the main thing stopping us moving other numbers to three as we need online billing & management instead of paper.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport, the business website now has a “My Account” section (something I’ve been asking for for ages and told it was coming for 2021). However, I’m getting an error of “something when wrong” when registering. Support say I can’t register but can’t tell me why.
