@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

Hi @ThreeUK all this you have spouted about how great your 5g service would be - its even worse than your 4g service was and that is pretty dire - why is the service so bad everywhere - the only time a phone with your Sim in is any good is when you connect another companies wi-fi

@ThreeUK So you draw people in then screw them over with additional charges! Three the only uk network where you can’t get a signal with and they then charge you extra for use of your phone! You cannot continue your contract if you need a new phone so wave goodbye to roaming! Bandits!🤬

@ThreeUKSupport I've been up to the highest level to your phone support, twice. I don't need my line rental or bill credited. I need to know when you plan on fixing the issues and you can't tell me anything other than "the next 7 days" over and over
