    @paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

    @ThreeUKSupport I provided you with a postcode and a map, what did you do with that information? There has been a problem with that cell site for years, you've had a repair pending for over 2 years and it's still not fixed. Look into it and come back to me with facts, thanks. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isnโ€™t the issue, itโ€™s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasnโ€™t updated with the mast RAN equipment.

    @fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is itโ€™d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isnโ€™t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

    @fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m guessing that will be down to Openreach. Will probably happen when BT upgrade their EE RAN equipment on it to 5G - currently 2G/3G/4G

    @fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only

    @SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then theyโ€™ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. Theyโ€™ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

    @SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for ยฃ16 per month) after a friend said theyโ€™d improved- they werenโ€™t wrong.

    @ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

    Itโ€™s a shocking reflection on @ThreeUKSupport but your customer service is absolutely useless they donโ€™t understand a work you say to them. A poor second after totally useless.

    @ThreeUK Hi, Iโ€™ve changed phones from an iPhone 16 to an iPhone 17 pro max, Iโ€™m sim only with you but my calls and texts arenโ€™t working, and any sent to me are going to the old phone still? & when WiFi is turned off I have no signal at all, is this a sim issue?

    @ThreeUK Iโ€™ve had no calls or mobile data on 2 business lines since mid-Feb 2026. Multiple contacts, SIM & eSIM changes, still unresolved. Formal complaint sent 12 March โ€“ no acknowledgement received. This is now a serious business impact. Please escalate urgently

    @ThreeUKSupport I continually have problems using mobile internet in the area of HD8 9JX. Signal strength is adequate but access to the internet is shocking to non existent. I know others also on @ThreeUK who have the same problem. This has been going on for several years now

    Joined @ThreeUK i know signal in parts off UK are different. But wanna know since #three merged with Vodafone howโ€™s the signal been. Iโ€™ve read that some people saying that since the merger Vodafone signal not been good

    @_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like ยฃ25pm for 100Mbps

    @ThreeUK I have two mobile broadband routers, one in the north-west and one in South Yorkshire. Both are absolutely crap coverage. This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? Youโ€™re basically just ripping people off.
