@tgm999 @hibberthometech @ThreeUK If they’re the ones calling out of the blue, they should not be asking security questions. How does the receiver of the call know it’s not a scam to obtain their answers? This is very poor practice.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for your advice to contact your other departments however they appear to be as billergent as your individual customer services and completely ignore nor acknowledge ANY contact. All my Wife wants is the PAC code to carry her number onwards not much!
