@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then theyβve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. Theyβve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for Β£16 per month) after a friend said theyβd improved- they werenβt wrong.

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isnβt the issue, itβs the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasnβt updated with the mast RAN equipment.

@paigebr0wn_ @ThreeUK I love @ThreeUK when I worked in mobile sales; they were the easiest network to get PACs from. I called as women and men, and once took 2 PACs from one caller by pretending I was 2 different people. Overseas call centres were the godsend for porting departments back in the day!

Moved to @ThreeUK because they advertise eSIM support (I run dual SIMs in my handset). Signed up a 12 month contract and moved my number over, week later asked for an eSIM, told sorry we don't support them yet. Come on... this is the 21st century. Not cool!

@ThreeUKSupport My wife SMSed you for a PAC for her PAYG SIM and got an error so phoned you. Your support agent tried to pressure her into signing up for a contract and when she said she was switching to @1pMobile, you told her that credit on 1pmobile would expire every month (which is a lie).

Shocking customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport NO HELP At ALL FOR 2 WEEKS. After being a customer for 10yrs, sorting out a new contract, unable to claim the @SamsungUK watch over due to an error by 3!!! Incorrect order date on invoice, samsung saying can't claim!
