    @ThreeUK I try to be positive online but #wuntu has got pretty bad lately. I loved the free Costa. Then I had to pay toward it. OK. Then itts downgraded to greggs. OK. Now it's just gone for weeks and I've not used the app at all. Sad times

    @ThreeUKSupport No I'm an existing customer. Yes I have a tethering allowance but you announced tethering allowances were being abolished and all customers can use data for tethering. I'm unsure what I'm screenshotting for you.

    @ThreeUK I need help. I’ve had a sim only contract which I took out at my old address. The other contracts I have with you are at my new address. I’ve just upgraded the sim only contract to a monthly contract and just had a message to say it’s being delivered to my old address.
