This Redmi 9AT phone I got from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is really poor quality. Glitches all the time, the screen regularly just goes black when trying to open web pages forcing a reboot and the camera takes an age to open. Just rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport That doesn't work for me, it says I have to wait for my first bill after going Option 4 > Option 3 and doesn't give me an option 4 at that point in the decision tree.

@ThreeUK you said it would be fixed by now. Only two spots within 2 miles I can get a signal good enough to call or use the mobile data. I specifically went with the network as you said it was a very good area.

Hey @ThreeUK why do you do credit checks for client who have been with you an paying with no problem for 5+ years when setting up a new contract? Also why is the phone line for your advisors so bad I have to use chat+phone to talk to them? Not ideal.
