Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

😡 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

@PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

@twistedtrina @ThreeUKSupport We are over the bridge in Newport and have had no signal for days. Or if it has come back on it’s been for about 10 minutes then off again. Be warned they’ll try blame everything but their service 🙄
