    @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isnโ€™t the issue, itโ€™s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

    Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. Itโ€™s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think theyโ€™re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

    @ThreeUKSupport Or @ThreeUKSupport could just sort the issue. 23 days now, not that Iโ€™m counting. I donโ€™t pay for Wi-Fi calling, I pay for a mobile service. The issue is DY7.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but youโ€™re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn ๐Ÿฆ„

    @ThreeUK As your signal is getting consistently worse, we were pleased to find that we could use Vodafone when 3uk isn't working (most of the time where we are currently) however it says Vodafone is a forbidden network! Can you explain this please?

    @ThreeUKSupport 12 March 14:30 made a mobile (WiFi calling enabled) to landline call. My signal strength -112 Recipient on numerous occasions unable to hear me yet I could hear him perfectly. Call became unusable.

    @ThreeUKSupport I continually have problems using mobile internet in the area of HD8 9JX. Signal strength is adequate but access to the internet is shocking to non existent. I know others also on @ThreeUK who have the same problem. This has been going on for several years now

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUKSupport why am I being contacted by a company called credit solutions saying I owe them ยฃ800 from a past three account when I never had a contract with three,tried getting help from your website which is quite frankly a load of **** and no use at all
