@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • MichaelCFA247 Michael C (@MichaelCFA247) reported from Birmingham, England

Do not buy sim deals from @ThreeUK they promise one price and give you something completely different, even their customer relations team are less then useful 🤡🤡 #Complaint #Ombudsman

  • eddieclarke96 Eddie Clarke 🐝 (@eddieclarke96) reported from Birmingham, England

  • izzyali51 Izazul (@izzyali51) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK how many more times am I going to have a loss of connection just because of a mast backload?? I DONT CARE about your excuses. The fact that I don’t have network at all neither on my modem and my phone is pissing me off to actually open a law suit. Ugh fix it ASAP.

  • marieturner131 Marie Turner (@marieturner131) reported from West Bromwich, England

@ThreeUKSupport Is your website and app down? I’m trying to set up a direct debit and nothing will load for me

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • HollyheadAndy Andy Hollyhead (@HollyheadAndy) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK not much point in having a 5G phone if I can’t get a 5G signal in city centres like Birmingham is there? Really disappointed with the coverage.

  • MarkHulme_ Mark Hulme.💀 (@MarkHulme_) reported from Willenhall, England

Hey @ThreeUK, can you tell me if there’s any issues in my area as I’ve been getting no signal since yesterday morning? @ThreeUKSupport

  • And_im_wasted Luke (@And_im_wasted) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, I’ve been sent the wrong one. I was then told to visit a Three store, but the Three store couldn’t give me a new SIM. Happy to DM you the details if you’re willing to help?

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman 🇬🇾🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

  • ederzavala Eder Zavala (@ederzavala) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport terrible mobile broadband in B15 and B17 for a couple of weeks now. It didn’t use to be like this. I’m changing provider.

  • becsgee Miss G (@becsgee) reported

@ThreeUK I picked up a free SIM in Exeter last week for a Ukrainian lady I have sponsored. I thought this allowed her to unlimited data allowing her to use the internet whilst out & above & contact her family in Ukraine. After 6 days it’s stopped working, please help/clarify

@ThreeUKSupport @bazzacollins They been saying this for years very sad that network this big doesn’t have it everyone else does

  • ladyflush26 Kate Lewis (@ladyflush26) reported

@ThreeUK I'm surprised at the lack of support that you give to people considering the pandemic and the financial hard times we are all facing. You cut my partners phone off because he was unable to pay a bill due to having covid twice and loss if pay. Cont....

  • DawudMarsh Dawud Marsh Ⓥ (@DawudMarsh) reported

@ThreeUKSupport We truly wish we hadn’t signed up for 3. We were told what we would get and this hasn’t happened and we have been told they are working on it. It was the worst decision we made when moving. Back to using our phones for connecting to the internet instead of our 3 service.

  • iana1964_mrsg Fabiana (@iana1964_mrsg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport But in the help desk call he told us the number was terminated - how could it be if I’m using it , and much more importantly, why would it be ? My guest uses this and needs it for Universal credit and school/ bank. Why would 3 do this and then pull out after a month?

  • BeYourBestSelf2 #TheTalkWithin (@BeYourBestSelf2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport As it happened, my assumption I needed to top up was wrong. The Three network was down as all my messages failed!

  • MrsJay14 Kathryn 📚 (@MrsJay14) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I don't stay connected to T mobile for very long at all. It looks like 'select automatically' in my network operator settings turns itself back on and almost immediately connects me back to AT&T.

  • iana1964_mrsg Fabiana (@iana1964_mrsg) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying Pete. My Ykraibe guest was given the SIM 14 April , got text to say expires today. We’ve tried to add a data package - but top up doesn’t work either. It’s actively used daily. I used to call help desk. They said it didn’t exist! …
