    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's like that all the time regardless of device used! Postcode is DN31dp but it's anywhere I am the speed is poor. Phone is Huawei p20 pro Or Huawei 4g USB modem device but as I say it doesn't matter what I use the speeds from three are pathetic
