    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @ThreeUKSupport i want out of my contract because i can never get service anywhere. i pay £80 a month to get upset everytime i open my phone. this isn’t what your contract said would happen. how do i leave without paying to do so

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @ThreeUKSupport Here is the issue. I have a second phone and contract, which expired, and I did not know because I wasn’t told. I’ve therefor been over paying on that phone. I’m asking for a refund for the overpayment on the grounds that a. It’s fair , b. I was not informed.

    Bizarre that to upgrade my phone with @ThreeUK the plan is £53.00 as an existing customer, however if I go through a 3rd party, I would only pay £36.00 per month. I don't know how this makes sense 🤷

    Hey @ThreeUK is there something wrong with your service in hyndland, Glasgow. The signal is abysmal lately and drops out constantly even when showing 4G/5G and full signal. Not the handset either as I changed it.
