MrG politely told the salesperson to speak to me (their customer) first but after still trying a few minutes later we walked out.

@ThreeUKSupport It would seem that reading in not your strong suit, I already mentioned that 333 were no help, neither was customer options. Are there any UK call centres or somewhere without the huge background din I could call who could resolve my dispute or is the ombudsman the best option?
