@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

Nomad problems: My EU sim with @lebara just gave up despite a text saying it will work in the U.K. Switched to my @ThreeUK sim and using their shitty top up web app I couldn’t paste my phone number in. I typed in manually, got one digit wrong, support said tough. £35 gone. 🤬

@ThreeUKSupport @AlwaysMaxNat Having exactly the same problem with my daughters account. Cancelled during cooling off period in February and now getting debt collection threats. Have rung 3 times, and tried on line support but nothing!
