    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why can't I just do it how I want? I don't like how I don't have the option to - I'll do the song and dance, then always get put through. My issue is the choice has been taken away from me, but the option appears to still be there.

    @ThreeUKSupport When making calls it shows the ported (correct) number. When somebody texts/calls the ported number it comes through to the new SIM fine. The issue is when I text someone it comes though with the temporary number. Texts seem to be the only thing wrong.

    @ThreeUKSupport you've taken over £300 from my account today, because due to your woefully poor security all someone needs is a DoB and postcode to access a customers account. To say I'm upset is an understatement.

    @ThreeUKSupport I like to get my addons when I want them - I call 333, so I can top up while doing other things, and the last handful of times I get a recorded message and put through to someone who will only try and sell me a contract, not help with the call.

    @leader_music @ThreeUKSupport Good luck. Normally you experience issues after the cooling off period. My advice would be run, run as fast as you can!
