@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

@ThreeUKSupport I wish had cancelled the direct debit to #three for the SIM card that's not been in use since 17th May because £24.05 wouldn't have just been taken from my bank account. After using PAC code I have still not received a final bill and billed for something that's in the bin! #fail

@ThreeUK have now been without our Three broadband for 26 days (HA5 area). Was told, at the beginning, that worst case scenario 7 days. Are you having a laugh? Need to know when this is going to be working. #WorkFromHome

@BenjyNtheMonkey @SkyMobile has been really good for me, used to be with @ThreeUK but they let us down badly when we switched, sent I'd notification that We'd incur no charges, billed us, failed to refund or answer our questions.
