@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

@ThreeUK why is my mobile phone signal down???? I’m a business and my customers are very dependent on being able to get hold of me, this is definitely the wrong time of year for your service to be down!!
