However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?

Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
