    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    yet again @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport proving that their internet isn't fit for service - in the last few hours, it disconnects every few minutes and only reconnects when i get up to manually reset it. don't suggest talking to your support team, none of that helped. i am switching.

    Worst customer service ever - wait in for a phone and AirPods to be delivered following order on Friday with today as delivery date ! No message so call to chase to be told out of stock and not coming @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK so after yrs of service off to another provider

    Can’t decide if it’s @ThreeUK or @Apple but I’m sick of the connectivity problems with iPhones at the moment. I put it down to @Ubiquiti WiFi at home but it’s everywhere with this damn phone.
