    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport On the phone, they advised I had to use the online chat. On the online chat they couldn’t help. Didn’t even get to the issue they just kept telling me the name didn’t match. I have an email to confirm the auto-renewal, I really don’t understand what so difficult to resolve

    @ThreeUKSupport been having connection issues with my broadband from you for over two weeks now to the point it’s near unusable about 50% of the time yet any time I’ve phoned support I’m informed that there’s no work in the area and it should be fine??

    @chrisborrman @ThreeUK @virginmedia Aye, we have a few battery packs available for phones and we have a good data signal in the house. My main worry was getting an electrician on short notice without it costing a fortune but luckily found the cause myself.
