    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    Nomad problems: My EU sim with @lebara just gave up despite a text saying it will work in the U.K. Switched to my @ThreeUK sim and using their shitty top up web app I couldn’t paste my phone number in. I typed in manually, got one digit wrong, support said tough. £35 gone. 🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport Told yesterday the issue would be resolved by last night. We have been told today the 11th Feb. At the moment nobody in the house apart from my fiancé who is on Vodafone can access the internet and as we use the router for WiFi no other devices (fire stick, laptop) can either.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete! Extremely slow WiFi connection. I’m having to reboot the device 3 times a day sometimes just to get it to work. It regularly just stops sending any WiFi signal at all throughout the day sometimes

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 different people since receiving phone on 10 Feb. Nobody can tell me what the real issue is. No mobile data, old number not transferred. Can somebody please sort this!! I don't want to ring a 4th time to be given a generic answer.
