@ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@ThreeUK the worst service ever all I want is to check my balance. There is no number to text or call and the website is linking my number to a different phone I have so stupid neither app or text works! And it's blocked me out!

@ThreeUKSupport Postcode is G74 3QE. This is a problem most of the time, signal strength varies daily, almost hourly. V lucky to get 4G inside for any length of time, H or H+ is typical, and not good.
