    @ThreeUKSupport So asking for date of birth and post code from a random caller that hasn't proven they are Three is fine? I'll speak to OFCOM about that. What about the DD issue? I'm still a tenner out of pocket. And regardless, asking for friends/fsmiky to pay a bill is outrageous.

    @ThreeUKSupport Usually 2nd, you tried on the 26th iirc. I've already reported this to my bank who are following the direct debit complaints procedure but have said its your responsibility to refund the £10 bank charge, they won't do it. Either way will never use Three again nor will my gf. 2/2

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely furious with your support staff, you think it's fine to call someone and ask for post code & date of birth?! NO! And request I ask friends & family to pay my bill?! NO! & changing DD date without telling me so I get £10 bank charge!? NO!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not connected, but my wife and I are experiencing several other issues when calling on @ThreeUK. Sometimes, when the call connects, you don't hear any sound at all. Also, sometimes, when the call connects, the call will fail after approximately 10 seconds.

    @1aura_covi11 @O2 I'm off. No recognition that the service USED to be good but has tanked and others, from a FB poll, seem to be in the same boat with the same stupid response about constantly improving service...even though they've made it worse! Time to try @EE or @ThreeUK I think.

    @ThreeUKSupport Signal is pretty much non-existent inside aside from a random 1 bar that isnt strong enough to do anything with, but once im outside its a little better.

    @ThreeUKSupport With the best will in the world, i have tried your wifi calling app and it would do nothing but end calls while i was mid call and is just clunky and awful in general.

    I've never publicly slated another business but @ThreeUKSupport are an ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. More than 4 hours wasted this month dealing with over 7 agents to try to sort out our home broadband and still not sorted. I give up. Worst service ever encountered.
