    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @tiffaimee @ThreeUKSupport Hi Aimee go to other network providers. They will get the PAC code for you. 3 don't give you. They will waste your time and energy and they charge you. Their service is very bad don't believe them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Too much to go into to be honest. Just awful. Took ages to find the right route to talk to someone. For years he has had problems trying to manage the account.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 4 customer Service operators and no one has been able to transfer my number. I have been trying to do this now for 3 weeks.

    @ThreeUK I believe it’s the fact that customer’s services are not located in the uk the customer service rep have no ability to help us as well as they do not understand English on top of that THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT EVER YOU TELL THEM IS THE ISSUES NO MATTER WHAT NO ONE CARE

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 5G just this month but broadband has no network connection. I can’t find the number you require so can’t get through on phone for support. Need this help now please.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was hung up on twice as soon as I said I wanted to cancel. I think I’m sorted via live chat but if you could double check for me that would be great. I’ve recieved no email etc but I’ve been told it has now been cancelled.

    @ThreeUK Why have i received a bill for a service that didnt work from the beginning. Spoke to over 10 people for over an hour who have no clue what their doing. This is ridiculous. Ill be speaking to the financial ombudsman.
