    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I've been contacting live chat regularly since DECEMBER to try and rectify the constant overcharging on my bill. Your customer service reps are ineffective, patronising and tell downright lies. Do I need to contact the ombudsman?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, if you'd checked my previous tweets, you'd know that I'm not going to click any links from you right now, as Finn just sent me a link that tried to download a trojan onto my laptop. I have a complaint raised via the live chat that I've been on since HALF TWELVE.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well, I’ve just handed the phone to the post office, I mentioned to the customer service team, I’m unable to be without a phone due to working with clients all day every day. But they left me no choice but to go without a phone. So I am now typing this on my laptop. (PT1)

    @ThreeUK We have received military orders to move out of the country. We chose your company because we were told we could cancel at anytime if we have orders to relocate without any fees; however, now we are being asked to pay termination fees. Could you please kindly help us?

    @ThreeUKSupport For the record, I have been on live chat with a @ThreeUK representative for an hour and 45 minutes. He has not even come close to resolving my issue (you overcharging me) and is now TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW CONTRACT. I'd call that (and the trojan) pretty bad service, amiright?
