    @ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

    @ThreeUKSupport This mornings ‘live chat’ seems to have solved the problem. I will wait to see if I no longer get two contract bills . I live in hope !

    @ThreeUK how do you get WiFi on the Elisabeth line when no three_wifi_ssid is available like the rest of the underground. Can you just not revert back to @virginmedia sign in.

    After years with @EE their constant failure this year to resolve an issue I was having I have left and joined @ThreeUK I may lose some coverage in parts of the country but what good was coverage when my calls wouldn’t come through to me!
