@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@goulcher @ThreeUK Honestly three are absolutely the worst when it comes to service and customer care. Just want your money and don’t care how it may effect you. No solid solutions or actual help to improve situations. They end up getting you into more debt. If there’s anything I can do to helpmate

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport what is really happening. Why will I cancel my sim plan within 14days as stated in your refund policy because of network issues and I still get debited. I have been to your office at overgate dundee numerous times.

@goulcher @ThreeUK I mean that isn't the typical behaviour of someone who is actually skint, is it? A credit card isn't a terrible suggestion either, it can help a lot if cash flow is an issue and won't cost you anything in interest if you pay it off on time.

I did a contract with you doesn’t mean you should pull out all the money in my account @ThreeUK. I notified one of your staff to deactivate my account after finishing the contract, he said it’s done, 2 months after, I am still receiving debits and your customer service can’t help

I have 2 phone contracts with @ThreeUK (sim card only & sim card + phone) and no phone! In your physical shops in London there is no customer service. I have made tons of phone calls but I am still waiting to receive the proof of usage + barring documents @ThreeUKSupport 2/4
