    @ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know what Three are trying to do but the use of emojis is sending off the wrong message. I’m going to be filing a complaint to the Ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @ThreeUKSupport signal has been poor past few months. Horrendous past week or so. Seen you are increasing my contract for the SECOND time within the 24 months... not having it, get in contact please.

    @ThreeUKSupport This mornings ‘live chat’ seems to have solved the problem. I will wait to see if I no longer get two contract bills . I live in hope !

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't know if you knew or not but your network went down for around 10 minutes which has hampered my critical work going on. Your mobile WiFi died as well as cellphone signal died too. Well done on your service.

    @ThreeUKSupport So once again your internet is completely down. Yes I have paid bills and yes I've tried everything. The problem is on YOUR end. please FIX this? I pay £23 a month for this but if this is what i get for it, there better be a damn good reason for me to stay.

    I've made some wrong choices in my life, but one of the ones I regret the most is switching Lebara to @ThreeUK, worst connection ever (I'm tweeting using Wi-Fi because Three's 4G doesn't work)

    After walking across the whole of Cambridge City Centre with between 2 & 4 bars of 4G signal but zero data-coverage at any point (including after a reboot), I’m finally rage-quitting @ThreeUK - what’s the point of a mobile provider who can’t made data work? 🤬 (@ThreeUKSupport)

    @ThreeUKSupport So I cannot get good Internet at my home in Nottingham till 15th because U are doing works, today I'm at a meeting in Cheltenham, I cannot even do a speed test on full signal 4G & no Internet at all? had to switch onto 3G, really not happy with this poor service?
