@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know what Three are trying to do but the use of emojis is sending off the wrong message. I’m going to be filing a complaint to the Ombudsman.

@ThreeUK My iPhone is stolen a month ago and I keep requesting a proof of usage and a proof of barring every 3 days but you don’t send it. Your costumer service is very bad and doesn’t respect coustomer’s situation. Instead of helping you add more stress.

@Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK You'll find that providing service 100% is not a part of the contract. Every service has outages, at least they're being open and communicating it

@Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK There's also a line that says the service may not be available all the time, so there goes your argument.

@MarkyHawthorne @ThreeUK No, repeated failure to provide service constitutes breach of contract.this is all in your paperwork you signed did you bother to read it?
