@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@ThreeUK trying to cancel contract on lost phone. Have found better deal. Was cut off on online chat where I was offered a ‘cheaper’ overall deal, but it isn’t really if you do the maths so I still want to cancel and get PAC code. Can you help?

@ThreeUK I am furious that you have emailed to say THREE is withdrawing my current plan. Simply put THREE want to charge everyone a daily fee for roaming. I will leave THREE to use a company who honours their customers plans. This is down right rude! You will lose business 😡

The irony of it. I have worked in a communications industry for half a century and I have just had the worst couple of days of customer service from two others in a communications industry: @RoyalMail & @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Maxine. Could you let Muazim know I’ve sent an email, for him, into the support mail bucket. I think I’ve identified the problem.
