So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

@claremackie_ @ThreeUKSupport They steal your money also Clare illegally from your bank. And then if you can the direct debit it will affect you and your credit score and never them. Only way is keep posting on twitter and convince potential customers to go elsewhere.

@ThreeUKSupport @Zanos7 They will not sort it for you pal. Lies. They sendyou to webchat. Someone in India every time and running 40 chat windows at a time. They assure you it will be fixed. It never is. 6 months now I’m trying to get my money back

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

Just came back from North Wales and thanks god I have a sat nav & sos button in my @MercedesBenz as otherwise my journey in the morning would involve searching for an actual road map since @ThreeUK was down, so no service nor data during 4h journey from Cardiff 👎😑🙄 #threedown

@ThreeUK I am SO BORED of signal/data just disappearing/showing as full but not working. It’s not my phone before you say it, otherwise @Three_Is_Broken wouldn’t have to exist.

@RIKZ200 @EE @jay_smithy_13 @ThreeUK I couldn't agree more. 3's coverage is the worst of them all. Duped by their lying 'coverage' map. Can't even get a signal in my house. Roll on moving back to #EE

@_Kano_P @TheTwatRises If question was directed to me,then my answer is I know that's how they got the phone number. My other son who didn't do a school survey did not get this booster text. So I'm sure.If they got the phone numbers from @ThreeUK our network supplier, then why only one of us had text?
-

@ThreeUKSupport @badperm But you didn’t ask us and we are the customer. I don’t want unsolicited coercive messages sent to me by anyone and that includes the Government. It is unethical and immoral.
-
Moggy
(@McavoyHilary) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @awareness_4all @badperm They had no authority to request my personal mobile number without my permission, and likewise my mobile network operator has no authorisation to give it to them. This is a gross invasion of my privacy.

@ThreeUKSupport more of a casual muse rather than a rant. I’ve been to Cambridge 3 or 4 times in the past 18 months and I get good 4g signal but there is never any bandwidth for data… jump into a guest hotspot in a bar etc and it all works, leave the city and mobile data

@ThreeUKSupport @badperm As a Three customer, what happened to protecting my privacy against unsolicited spam or the right to reply when abused? No consent was given where opt-in is never a default. The text also falls under digital harassment of the Communications Act.

@Diana_Kempster @ThreeUKSupport @badperm I'll be giving Three a call. Guaranteed they're going to plead ignorance, decline liability, and look stupid once I'm on the phone with them and offer some "compensation" like £10 (pffft) on my account. *** Sending unsolicited harassing communications is an offence. Period. ***
