FabDad (@dad_fab) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. I’m at my wits end dealing with your telephone team in India. -
Susanne Liddeatt (@SueLidds) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service
-
ellie 💫 (@_ellielyne) reported from St. Georges, England@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know what Three are trying to do but the use of emojis is sending off the wrong message. I’m going to be filing a complaint to the Ombudsman.
-
Rob BCFC Wood (@rojiblancosRob) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.
-
Brad House (@housebcfc) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England@ThreeUKSupport signal has been poor past few months. Horrendous past week or so. Seen you are increasing my contract for the SECOND time within the 24 months... not having it, get in contact please.

Matt Rymon (@mattrymon) reported from Marshfield, WalesSO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.
-
David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK

-
Rizwan Ali (@rizwanalihaidr) reported@ThreeUKSupport and I’ve now been told £176 will be taken this month. I have spent the last 2–3 weeks repeatedly contacting customer service, but no one has provided a clear explanation or resolved the issue. My time has been wasted, and the lack of accountability is extremely

onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported@ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
