  • dstu51
David (@dstu51) reported from Portishead and North Weston, England

@ThreeUKSupport You miss the point. I have a two year contract that started in August. You up date in dec and it increases in April. If I have a two year contract it should set for two years. But I find the customer isn’t that important in the UK

  • SueLidds
Susanne Liddeatt (@SueLidds) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@ThreeUKSupport They have absolutely messed the whole thing up! I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! I’m paying for an invisible service

@ThreeUK And, for me at least, data services are not working normally - they keep dropping for 5-10 minutes at a time

@ThreeUK Don’t offer any compensation though do you. Load of **** as a service

  • JakeLowe93
    Jake Lowe (@JakeLowe93) reported

@ThreeUK Can we leave if we’re paying for a service we can no longer use?

  • Asklowey
    Anthony Rocca (@Asklowey) reported

@ThreeUK the outage is presumably not down to a piece of faulty equipment but some sort of unauthorised change on the network just shows that three are not in control of how they manage their infrastructure. Time to say goodbye.

@ThreeUK This is happening all too often with your network! What happens in an emergency! Are you prepared to compensate customer for your poor service once again?!
