My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

Phone is a Sony Xperia 1 III, but this is a standard network feature? It shows greyed out in the phone's SIM menu when it queries the network.
