I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

As long as an Operator is sensible on planning Meeting there's no reason to decline a request

I have no 4g, no phonecall facility and when I check the plan on the app I seem to have reverted to the old one. Each ‘chat’ tells me it will be ‘perfect and not to worry’ total nightmare! All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
