J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK While theres different types of mast designs. don't see problem with monopoles especially new designs. people demand better connectivity but reuse the infrastructure in their area. As long as an Operator is sensible on planning Meeting there's no reason to decline a request

Alun Thomas (@alunT) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

Shane (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, Wales@NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐
-
Krishele Guzman (@KrisheleG) reported from Cardiff, Wales@dlever21 @ThreeUK My problem was they added a new condition this time that said if you haven't used it since January. but @ThreeUK ran the offer in May and I used it then. Guaranteed they caught LOADS of people out 😡

-
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.
-

Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, Wales@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

James Vincent 🏳️🌈🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, WalesThis is the worst rip-off ever. £19.09 for calling @parcelforce on their 09 number at over £3 a minute. + The expensive access charge from @ThreeUK didn't help. There was no 08 or 03 number as an option. @Ofcom needs to address this issue & Parcelforce needs to kill the 09 num:
-
Js Mum (@CPMumma79) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUK be aware i just got charged £15 for a 21 minute conversation with another mobile user! That is appalling. Please explain why your charges have gone up 250% I will be changing network ASAP.

Simone Jasmine Jones (@SimoneJonesx) reported from Alway, WalesImagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs
-
Gabrielle Jenkins (@x_Gabrielle_x) reported from Newport, WalesOn hold to @ThreeUK possibly the worst phone company i’ve ever encountered in my whole life
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
niko (@alienLDN) reported@ThreeUK so I asked you to cancel my contract as it comes to an end and you haven’t done it just to screw more money out of me. Shame on you I will never be your customer again
-
Geoff Lane 🏴🏴 (@send2gl) reported@ThreeUKSupport Folks, I am on PAYG and usually purchase a package to give me service. What is the minimum spend to keep my card active?
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.
-
Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reportedSo when will it happen? And your misleading tv add that your investing 11 billion in to the network yet you fail to say 4.3 billion of that is to buy @ThreeUK #ukmobilenetworks #vodaphoneUK
-
Brett (@BrettOfTheSouth) reported45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport
-
Danielle (@elektramonster) reported@status_is_down Since arriving in North Norfolk on holiday, there is no 3uk service whatsoever, for miles around where we are staying which is weybourne area. Have to dive over 30 mins on any direction to get even a tiny signal. #threeuk @ThreeUKSupport
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
-
AndrewBirmingham (@birminghamandy) reported@VictoriaHa50399 Probably @vodafone again, all of Europe should stop using them because basically if you're a VF or @ThreeUK customer then YOUR contract is paying to give these ******* free phones, starve them of the revenue to do so.
-
m a t t (@weyland76) reported@TheBetterStuart @ThreeUK I'm on @iD_Mobile_UK which uses 3 and the signal is appalling everywhere. I won't be renewing when my contract ends next year.
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reportedIt's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs
