My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

I struggle all the time to get any, especially when others get signal in the same area on EE. Even 5G is useless! So bad.

I out it in an old phone and set the roaming on that. But evertime I try to use it abroad I get the admin authentication screen but cannot sign in!
