    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUKSupport Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUK are lowkey the best network, just changed my contract and I’m paying £11 a month for all you can eat data, unlimited texts and calls 👀

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Is the same whit whatever I do. Every area I’m going specially when is crowded around me. I have changed SIM cards, phone and the problem is still here

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    Wow @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is such a poor company!! Awful service and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will never deal with these ever again!!

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUKSupport for the fifth day i am without service on multiple mobile contracts and home broadband, for the fifth day i have wasted hours trying to sort this, for the fifth day i have been told that it will be resolved by 1800, what betting tomorrow nothing will have changed

    I have been unable to use my phone all week in CF38 1DX on the #THREE network. I was told it would be over yesterday but again no internet and no calls. Will I be compensated? @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport @vickyallen3 Is it still as slow as it was when it was free? Seemed like it was going through a 10K/s VPN back to UK. It was pretty much useless when browsing websites hosted in the foreign country because of the 4 trips necessary across the globe.
