    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for letting me know, when I rang three earlier they said no work was happening which made me panic thinking my phone was broken :(

    @DanielIqbal1999 @ThreeUK That should not happen. If the Three signal fails a 999 call should automatically be routed through any alternative network .

    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for Β£90. Livid and will be leaving

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport I'm a Three user and have had experience of both good and bad network in and around the Cardiff area. What Three are stating is true but it's taking longer than they planned originally. Three have the largest 5G bandwidth allocation of all the UK networks plus they also have..

    Imagine waiting 30 odd minutes for the upgrades department to then be put to customer service who then says yeah upgrades is down at the moment @ThreeUK πŸ™ƒ Legit wasted my time

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @NoServiceHereUK CF311RQ, Prince of Wales hospital. Very poor inside signal from @ThreeUKSupport and @VodafoneUK. Just thought I'd point it out. #NoServiceHereUK.

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @ThreeUK i literally need my phone to study yet i can't because your phone lines are down, absolutely ridiculous. i will 100% be switching after this, thank God my contract is up.

    @DavidFisherFolk @ThreeUKSupport I've got a complaint with Three Business, because they mistakenly blacklisted my phone, and then didn't know they had done it. Result, I had to wipe every bit of data and app off my phone to try to fix it, when all they should have done is read their own notes and flip a switch.

    @ThreeUKSupport I upgraded, paid a free. Was sent the totally wrong things, and when questioned it was because you didn't have the right things in stock. I said cancel everything and made my own plan. You've still charged me the fee, and for the wrong things.

    @ThreeUK as a long serving customer I am disappointed with your insurance service. My nephew sent his handset to have screen replaced through insurance 4 weeks ago and still has not had his handset repaired. This is unacceptable.

    @ThreeUK I've finally got round to terminating my contract with Three - their 4G data is often unuseable (despite having plenty of reception on my phone). Have gone to EE in the vein hope that I get a better service πŸ™πŸ€ž

    @ThreeUKSupport have chatted in the past and am in the process of getting a new sim from Smarty (that's a pain in of itself) but the drop in service is unbearable. The Network Status has remained unchanged (through updates) for months without any explaination.
