    @ThreeUKSupport It would make sense for the offers on my upgrade portal to reflect this then. Your existing customer offers are all more expensive than new customer offers. Shouldn't have to spend time on the phone, should be able to do online!

    After the failed upgrade debacle @ThreeUK also managed to fail to cancel the upgrade meaning I'm still on a plan for an upgrade I cancelled and supposedly own a phone I never received and am now being passed around departments whilst fighting with my anxiety. Cheers, three.

    Been a happy customer of @ThreeUK for just over two years... then it came to upgrade time and I have received the worst service I have ever experienced from a company. Great company until they make a mistake and make no effort at all to fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already spoken to your customer service team twice and they are no help. I will be calling again later and if they are no help again I will be terminating my contract with three as your customer service is abysmal.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was passed around and eventually customer liaison called me but I've been going round in circles since 11am. Least I know not to renew my contract in March

    @ThreeUKSupport I have two contracts with 3 and one of them, the phone is faulty. Trying to get it sorted for repair is proving impossible. Been passed pillar to post today. I don't want to speak to Samsung directly as they were really unhelpful last time and went through a big complaint

    @ThreeUK not happy, apparently have 3 bars of 4G signal but cannot get anything to load on the web. Switched on and off several times, no joy! Happens all the time and fed up with it! Luckily have found some stray Wifi signal now to send this! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there,my contract ended in April this year and I’ve finally upgraded to a sim only the other day which is £16 a month but for some reason my bill will be £49 please help! I thought upgrading would change the price plan to £16 not go up?

    @ThreeUKSupport Daughters phoned and been on live chat. Not inserted in helping. Even had screen shots of 1 live chat saying would get refund. But never happened and 3 not interested. Worst company customer service ever and glad to be rid of them. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

    @ThreeUKSupport Not connected, but my wife and I are experiencing several other issues when calling on @ThreeUK. Sometimes, when the call connects, you don't hear any sound at all. Also, sometimes, when the call connects, the call will fail after approximately 10 seconds.

    @1aura_covi11 @O2 I'm off. No recognition that the service USED to be good but has tanked and others, from a FB poll, seem to be in the same boat with the same stupid response about constantly improving service...even though they've made it worse! Time to try @EE or @ThreeUK I think.
