However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

As long as an Operator is sensible on planning Meeting there's no reason to decline a request

I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now
