SO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.

@XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

@ThreeUK Hi - How do I give feedback about rubbish service? I signed up on Friday for SIM delivery today, PAC transfer tomorrow. Nothing arrived, no confirmation via email. Go to live chat to be told order processing and to wait 24 hours. This is my first experience of Three.

@TheManW1thNoTan @ThreeUK Other networks had issues too. It’s stock issues they aren’t getting enough supply. I Pre Ordered on 17 was told would get it on 24 on that day it changed to within 2 weeks.

@ThreeUKSupport since signing up to 4G home broadband a couple of months ago, I find that I’m having to reset the router a few times a day after speeds inexplicably drop down to KBs/sec or even stops altogether. Really struggling with speeds today despite having reset the router.
