I was with a couple of people on 3 who had full 4G signal but no connectivity so am pretty sure itโs not my device, if that helps any!! Thanks

But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?
