So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

@ThreeUKSupport Tried to call and speak to them, and nothing, got passed to two sperate departments and neither would or could help. I really wanted to move away from Vodafone but looks like i have to stay with them, for the sake of the underwriting team switching an acceptance, sould be simple.

@ThreeUKSupport you should allow your loyal customer to buy the passport with the wifi, and not spending money on the roaming. On top if the connection is bad there is no chance to buy it.

So @ThreeUK you said that only new customers and customers upgrading their contracts after October 2021 would lose the go roam benefit. But here we are and you are forcing an upgrade on my account so you can get rid of my go roam. Shame on you. Awful company!
