Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Marshfield and nearby locations:
-
James Vincent 🏳️🌈🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, WalesThis is the worst rip-off ever. £19.09 for calling @parcelforce on their 09 number at over £3 a minute. + The expensive access charge from @ThreeUK didn't help. There was no 08 or 03 number as an option. @Ofcom needs to address this issue & Parcelforce needs to kill the 09 num:
-
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.
-
Shane (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, Wales@NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐
-
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too
-
Jamie LFC Grannell (@JAMIEGRANNELL) reported from Newport, Wales@ThreeUKSupport despite weeks of promises of soemone calling me and myself daily contacting you via live chat I’m still no closer to resolving issue. I have numerous contracts with you are you going to keep ignoring me as I’ll take my business elsewhere all five plans
-
Christian Clark (@christianfclark) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2
-

-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@PeterClaydon @PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK I wouldn't say clutter. It's the technologies needed. There really isn't anything wrong with that. I would like to see more of the cabinets green, especially to help blend more with hedges that might be behind.
-

Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reportedAnyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain

Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
