    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to cancel my mobile broadband contact for the last few days whilst still in cooking off period, however every time I’ve got through I have been told their system is down. How can I cancel within this period if I can’t get through? #threeuk

    @ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

    @XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

    @ThreeUKSupport TA8 2SE, I bought MiFi with 30 day contract and the coverage in this area is awful. I will be cancelling and going with another provider.

    @ThreeUK Your water tight security means that I don't have my SIM, but a randomer does. You wouldn't accept the licence I used to get the contract because name got shortened. Your customer service has outright lied and tried to aggressively sell. Will never recommend you again

    Anyone considering a @ThreeUK phone for their kids might want to reconsider.. phone screen broken, insurance claim made last Thursday, phone returned Saturday & promise of 48 hr return. As of this evening they can’t tell me when she’ll get her phone back…blaming it on repair co.

    @ThreeUKSupport Shocking customer service. You owe me money but I get a letter to say you’re passing my account to a debt collection agency! Despite being told on 14/11 the account be closed it still hasn’t been done. Apparently it’ll take 48-72 hours. I’ll believe that when it happens!

    @ThreeUK Signed new contract yesterday for the S22, now thus morning I received an email telling me thus is now out of stock shocking service and now I can't even get another as it says we're processing your upgrade. What upgrade I thought there was no stock.
