    So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

    Just came back from North Wales and thanks god I have a sat nav & sos button in my @MercedesBenz as otherwise my journey in the morning would involve searching for an actual road map since @ThreeUK was down, so no service nor data during 4h journey from Cardiff 👎😑🙄 #threedown

    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

    @ThreeUKSupport I closed an account due to services not working, I was told the account was closed. Which, it had not been, then told I would get my money back and after 10 hours of phone calls. Got advised I would be compensated for lost time not as a Gesture of good will. Again misinformed

    @ThreeUKSupport My warning message didn't come thru until it was too late. I was only advised to come back to the UK and resume service. Nothing else. When I asked to be transferred to a manager I was told they could not do that since the customer service rep was working

    @ThreeUKSupport When will 5G be available in HU8 9ES considering you advised I order the Huawei 5G Home Broadband last month. - My SINR is -6dB and RSRP is -101dBm which I'm been told is not good at all. - I've also been told it's out of Three's control to improve the service.

    @ThreeUKSupport The warning came thru on the 25th and the services were shut off on the 12th. During that time I was out of service due to a backpacking trip.

    @StryderScreams @ThreeUK This is way beyond some random network problems. There never was and never is any kind of mobile internet from them around Euston/Kings Cross area. Zero. And yet, no-one is tall enough to stand up to them. Well, one day.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I have tried the above several times but I still have no service? I’m self employed and work from home, I’ve lost a full days worth of meetings because of this issue that was supposedly resolved last night? When will service be back and how do I get compensation please?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Thanks for shutting off my service when I'm stuck abroad due to covid. Customer service was no help and literally tried to hang up on me. I can't even get into my bank accounts now. Please help me so I can pay my bills at least!
