@ThreeUKSupport Well I’d like is signal as this is where I work so I spend a lot of time here. I guess that’s not an option as easy as it sounds. considering I can’t use my phone 80% of the day, a reduction in cost would be a small offer of compensation even though it doesn’t fix the problem.

@ThreeUKSupport ever since work was carried out on the LN4 mast in Metheringham, our great signal has gone from 30-60mbps to 1mbps!! Almost impossible to sustain a phone call too! Oddly the upload speed now exceeds the download speed. Has someone wired the transmitter backwards?
