    @ThreeUKSupport Is the same whit whatever I do. Every area I’m going specially when is crowded around me. I have changed SIM cards, phone and the problem is still here

    So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah and the problem was still there, my phone was changed because apparently was the phone and the problem is still here! It’s been 2 years contract in hell!! I can’t wait to finish it

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and £150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @syph82 @ThreeUK I’m on BT mobile, had Vodafone, O2, Virgin I even tried a one that I’ve never heard of before or since (only had it 5 days) can honestly say BT has been brilliant for service wherever I’ve been in the last 5 years.

    @ThreeUKSupport I got a new SIM but every time I try and confirm my email address to see the balances (PayM), it keeps saying there is a problem. I spoke to someone yesterday and they said try again. I've been trying and it just doesn't work..

    @ThreeUKSupport @JaroslavH Would also like you to pass on another customer extremely hacked off about this. 20GB should be the limit, why don’t you bring those places on just 12GB UP to 20GB and make it an improvement, rather than screwing your customers over (again!)

    @ThreeUK is Northern Ireland not a part of UK? I got a roaming/limited data message from three which surprised me as I think in Belfast it should be like local service. Please clear this!

    @ThreeUKSupport Has there also been a behaviour change? Feel like it used to always come on with WiFi whereas now it may only come on when signal gets low.

    @ThreeUKSupport weird,my old three PAYG SIM said “Three WiFi call” on WiFi and my new one says “WiFi call” 3 not mentioned (even though is on 3 network,can see when dropping off WiFi).Only a cosmetic change but was this on purpose or do I have a weird SIM?Using iPhone on iOS 14.6
