    @ThreeUKSupport It would make sense for the offers on my upgrade portal to reflect this then. Your existing customer offers are all more expensive than new customer offers. Shouldn't have to spend time on the phone, should be able to do online!

    After the failed upgrade debacle @ThreeUK also managed to fail to cancel the upgrade meaning I'm still on a plan for an upgrade I cancelled and supposedly own a phone I never received and am now being passed around departments whilst fighting with my anxiety. Cheers, three.

    Been a happy customer of @ThreeUK for just over two years... then it came to upgrade time and I have received the worst service I have ever experienced from a company. Great company until they make a mistake and make no effort at all to fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have two contracts with 3 and one of them, the phone is faulty. Trying to get it sorted for repair is proving impossible. Been passed pillar to post today. I don't want to speak to Samsung directly as they were really unhelpful last time and went through a big complaint

    @ThreeUK not happy, apparently have 3 bars of 4G signal but cannot get anything to load on the web. Switched on and off several times, no joy! Happens all the time and fed up with it! Luckily have found some stray Wifi signal now to send this! 😡

    As much as I love to complain... not only did @ThreeUK fix the Cardiff city centre 4g issue I reported in under a week, but they also knocked £1 a month off my bill and tripled my data allowance! (£8, 12gb, unltd calls and texts) (always worth a haggle!)

    @JanetGr23679911 @Louiseypopssss @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Yes, this particular company only seems to be a "trusted partner" to @O2. No cases on @VodafoneUK. @ThreeUK had some cases a couple of years ago, but none recently. Loads of cases on @giffgaff which uses @O2 network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Usually never a problem but this month I had to use my phone as a hotspot while at work. Kind of annoying that you sold me a data addon under the pretence that it could fill the gap before my next bundle kicked in, when in reality you offer no such bolt on.
