    @PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK While theres different types of mast designs. don't see problem with monopoles especially new designs. people demand better connectivity but reuse the infrastructure in their area. As long as an Operator is sensible on planning Meeting there's no reason to decline a request

    @ThreeUKSupport I took a look on the Hi-Link app. Seems like @Huawei removed it. That's really bad of them to do that

    @PeterClaydon @PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK I wouldn't say clutter. It's the technologies needed. There really isn't anything wrong with that. I would like to see more of the cabinets green, especially to help blend more with hedges that might be behind.

    Does the @Huawei B535 support VoLTE? Your site says no. But with the AI Cube B900 supporting it, it wouldn't make sense for this new model not to. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Customer service is rubbish!! Don’t let them say they’ll close the case and then don’t sort the problem. I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡

    Just had the @Huawei E5783B-230 today. I'm setting it up, but I don't see 4G only mode under any network mode settings. Has this been taken away? @ThreeUKSupport @Huawei_Europe

    @XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint, they asked to close it as it was dealt with, passed me on to another agent to finalise it and bang, back to square one as the issue wasn’t solved. Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport DO NOT USE THREE THE WI-FI IS DOWN HAS BEEN FOR ONE MONTH AND THEY SAID THEY I WILL JUST HAVE TO WAIT I HAVE RECORED CHAT ON MY IPAD AND WANT IT FORWARDED TO ROBERT FINNAGAN THIS IS WHY I WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT

    Do yourselves a favour, and never, ever, get a phone contract with @ThreeUK . I've never seen such absolutely lousy customer service in my life. Atrocious. Just really awful.
