    @ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

    Imagine being a @ThreeUK customer with 2 contracts for years on end and being told to find another service provider because they can’t fix the masts in my area and then refuse to refund what I’ve paid off this mobile or even pay my upfront cost for my next phone 😡 #scabs

    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport Having a download speed of ZERO means that my FitBit has not synchronised with my phone since 08:17 YESTERDAY MORNING! That's over 33 hours. With very restricted HomeFi Broadband - all my waking hours this weekend! My phone signal (both voice/data) keeps dropping.
