    @ThreeUKSupport It's OK. I've had my bank retrieve the direct debit payment and gone to Vodafone. I just don't understand the business sense of losing a long time customer who never missed a payment. The customer service was awful. Just wanted other potential victims to be aware

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a firm. Waiting 6 weeks for my wife’s new phone to be told it’s arriving today and only to be text its not arriving till end of February!! Joke of a firm ! Also they charging me full price for the months I ain’t got the phone !! Care to help ?! #useless
