    @ThreeUKSupport right a month now of no signal in work! What is an address to complain and not live chat there useless! Np4 6yw is the postcode i’ll just cancel my contract otherwise shambles of a seevice

    @ThreeUK I have been a @ThreeUK customer since May 2005, that's over 15 years; I've had multiple cnts for me & members of my household for most of that. I called recently to upgrade 1 of 4 existing contracts, then I found that you don't care about loyal customers. Am considering leaving.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah buddy, Tried all that before contacting you. How long is the work expected to take? I've noticed network drop off all over Falkirk and Stirling the last few weeks - not just my home address to be honest.

    @ThreeUKSupport Shops are closed, no online chat, call centres closed, messages ignored. Home-fi so poor it drops out at 6m, even with 4 bars speed is less than 0.5mbs and devices don't connect. Had to stop 2 work events due to lost connection, will be switching to BT in the week

    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you give me a link or email address to report someone repeatedly trying to open accounts with my number. You say to report it but give no method to do so and your website trys to direct me to automated help which is of course no help.
