I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure itβs the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martinβs lane in Covent Garden itβs fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So Iβm guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way thereβs no problem with βsignalβ. Itβs that theyβre giving me basically zero bandwidth.
