@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

@ThreeUK My data has been notoriously slow for a while now, to the point I only use WiFi now. I am temporarily staying somewhere without WiFi and have to use my data again now and it is slower than paint drying.
