    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I usually switch between when my 4G struggles. My calls have been dropping and not working properly too though in a variety of locations.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah and the problem was still there, my phone was changed because apparently was the phone and the problem is still here! It’s been 2 years contract in hell!! I can’t wait to finish it

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @ThreeUK I was happy with Three since 2015 but in the last few months my data keeps slowing to a crawl and is unusable until I restart my phone. Have already switched away from the 5G broadband they sold me, then tried gaslighting me by saying they had never offered at my address. Awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport We visited the store to get a replacement SIM for my daughter, who’d lost her phone. He issued a new one and said the old one would be stopped. However, he then talked us into a Trio Gold account and also said he’d cancel her dongle contract for us. Didn’t though

    For almost 3 weeks now @ThreeUK keep telling us they’ll ‘try’ to fix the 4g we’re dependent on for our rural internet & phone. My husband can’t work from home, my kids can’t do homework & we’ve no tv. Now I’m going to miss the streamed funeral of my oldest friend. Devastated. 💔
