    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a Huawei B535. I took out a hole broadband service on the basis that I actually didn't need anything else to receive Internet in my house other than your broadband. Realisticly, I'm getting a diabolical service and would be better back with BT providing me with 4mb.

    @semaphorist @ThreeUK Hi David, I got this same message yesterday when I try to call, Three don't have a clue what the issue is. They are sending me a replacement SIM Monday or Tuesday, I have my doubts that this will fix the problem as I can receive calls fine. Were you able to resolve this problem?

    @ThreeUK every day I try call you and I’m spoken to rudely by your staff. And 6pm strikes.. they hang up. I’ve cancelled my direct debit - ac 9836966623, I can’t get signal and you won’t help me. Your staff are unprofessional and a discredit to your business.
