    Wow @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is such a poor company!! Awful service and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will never deal with these ever again!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

    Try to reply to a @ThreeUK text survey about poor service and get a “not delivered” every time. You couldn’t make it up

    @JohnDubyaUK @ThreeUK Yeah they’re all in such a rush to get 5G out, they just seem to have given up on trying to get 4G sorted out. At least show me I’ve got a crap signal, don’t pretend it’s all full speed and awesome.

    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport Did leave it a while. Cleared the cache and tried on two different browsers. Same problem. Also can't login on app. I tried calling 3 but they won't deal with me cos I don't remember my password which needs to be changed in the app, which I can't get into. So now I'm stuck.

    Infuriating customer service from @threeuksupport - tried to cancel a service was passed to 3 different reps each of who tried to sell me something. Finally after 30 mins was able to cancel. It shouldn’t be this hard.

    @PlumSherbet @ThreeUKSupport I’ve checked their website and it’s saying that there aren’t any local problems in the area. Have you tried resetting your network settings? What phone are you using at the moment? Have you tried your Sim in another phone to see if that does the trick?

    @ThreeUKSupport why do you not have enough signal wherever I go? I'm in central London and can't get a map up, can't get a signal in a hotel room next to the window on the 11th floor, and am writing this connected to a pay as you go o2 broadband SIM.

    @ThreeUKSupport But I was previously within your limits. Now because you changed them I cannot be. How is that not you breaching the contract? What does "your roaming service will be suspended" mean? in reality? No service at all? No data? No calls? No texts?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I've tried the sim card in two other phones and still the same problem, so the issue lies with Three. I would like a solution as I'm fed up of paying £35 a month for a service that does not work.
