@ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

@ThreeUK something isn't right with the mast in cf35 6tg. I normally have 4 bars and 4g but only 1 bar and no data. Its not just me either. Phone gets 5 bars and 5g 4 mile down the road so phone is ok

@ThreeUKSupport hi my daughter had her new phone today with a new SIM card after and upgrade she activated the sim. But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

@ThreeUKSupport Hey my 5g hub keeps dropping signal lights. Usually get all 3 signal bars lit up but past very days it drops to 1 bar. Moved positioning but still same and now the network light is blue even after resetting it. What's wrong with it please? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Ofcom it looks like during the process of purchasing a new contract I was given incorrect information about transferring a number. The information was not in line with OFCOM regulations. Live chat is just trying to upsell instead of help.
