    Imagine waiting 30 odd minutes for the upgrades department to then be put to customer service who then says yeah upgrades is down at the moment @ThreeUK 🙃 Legit wasted my time

    @ThreeUKSupport I took a look on the Hi-Link app. Seems like @Huawei removed it. That's really bad of them to do that

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi. I’ve been with you and few months and i’m really struggling with signal when indoors. Today I had two bars of 5G and couldn’t load anything. Later went to full bar 4G and same issue. Have videos to show if helpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I don't check it very often but around this time when I want to see my bills & usage it only works properly some times. No I've not talked to any other team. I've cleared cache thought that might help. [Apparently you've got a new system that is due to launch at some point!]

    This is the worst rip-off ever. £19.09 for calling @parcelforce on their 09 number at over £3 a minute. + The expensive access charge from @ThreeUK didn't help. There was no 08 or 03 number as an option. @Ofcom needs to address this issue & Parcelforce needs to kill the 09 num:

    @ThreeUKSupport hi my daughter had her new phone today with a new SIM card after and upgrade she activated the sim. But there was nothing when trying to into my 3 for new number would let us log in or update password. Kept saying technical error. Is there a problem.

    Does the @Huawei B535 support VoLTE? Your site says no. But with the AI Cube B900 supporting it, it wouldn't make sense for this new model not to. @ThreeUKSupport

    @jaybee_ms Moved to them last month. Advise against it. Data service has been awful. Wish I'd never moved provider. Tried all the main providers and 3 is by far the worst #threeuk #crap

    @ThreeUK I have just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV noise un background made it hard to understand the Glaswegian accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport When people call me and I dont answer, my phone goes to answerphone, where they are greeted by a woman call Jan. I am a man called Darren. I have tried to re-record, tried instant chat & called in a Three store, nobody can help. Can you PLEASE!

    £15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be £15 + £28 for broadband, yet £104 was taken last month

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!
