@ThreeUKSupport CF32 9RJ iPhone X. I drove to Swansea earlier and it was just as bad there too :(

  • RosskoKeniston Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, Wales

This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

  • peterkin1010 Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@DanielIqbal1999 @ThreeUK That should not happen. If the Three signal fails a 999 call should automatically be routed through any alternative network .

  • TweetterRoss Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales

Wow @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is such a poor company!! Awful service and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will never deal with these ever again!!

  • Kickassempress Anastassia Cassar (@Kickassempress) reported from Treorchy, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport hi I still have issues today with my phone are they doing work again today. CF42 6lb :(

    @ThreeUKSupport Incredible customer service NOT!!!

  • MK__C MK (@MK__C) reported from Barry, Wales

Imagine waiting 30 odd minutes for the upgrades department to then be put to customer service who then says yeah upgrades is down at the moment @ThreeUK 🙃 Legit wasted my time

  • thisisjmx James Vincent 🏳️‍🌈🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Coity, Wales

@NoServiceHereUK CF311RQ, Prince of Wales hospital. Very poor inside signal from @ThreeUKSupport and @VodafoneUK. Just thought I'd point it out. #NoServiceHereUK.

  • rosshookings Ross Hookings (@rosshookings) reported from Margam, Wales

Hi @ThreeUK just to let you know your internet in Port Talbot has been utter shit for weeks.

  • Kickassempress Anastassia Cassar (@Kickassempress) reported from Treorchy, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport hi is work happening again today here as I've lost signal. CF42 6lb

  • peterkin1010 Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport I'm a Three user and have had experience of both good and bad network in and around the Cardiff area. What Three are stating is true but it's taking longer than they planned originally. Three have the largest 5G bandwidth allocation of all the UK networks plus they also have..

  • peterkin1010 Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.

  • Kickassempress Anastassia Cassar (@Kickassempress) reported from Treorchy, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport hi I have no signal at the moment and I was wondering if there was any maintenance going on here. Cf42 6lb

  • TweetterRoss Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales

@ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for letting me know, when I rang three earlier they said no work was happening which made me panic thinking my phone was broken :(

  • richjrawlings RR (@richjrawlings) reported from Coychurch Lower, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

  • RosskoKeniston Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

  • peterkin1010 Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

  • elisemarylin éli (@elisemarylin) reported from Barry, Wales

@ThreeUK i literally need my phone to study yet i can't because your phone lines are down, absolutely ridiculous. i will 100% be switching after this, thank God my contract is up.

@ThreeUKSupport This is nothing to do with the pac code, that was only referenced in background - this has been to do with the service jan 21 to present

  • ec0tone LOUISE 🌙 (@ec0tone) reported

@ThreeUK had enough of getting bills every month for a sim I cancelled a few days after I brought the bloody thing. Never got used. Call customer service and they are 0 help. Telling me I owe £13 and then sending me bills for £54?!?! Doesn’t make any sense and giving me anxiety

  • _DaveP_ Dave P (@_DaveP_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport If I can I will, but each time I've mentioned this, there is an issue with the local mast :/

  • chrisdavidwill1 Christopher Williams (@chrisdavidwill1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I might cancel my direct debit.

  • onlyyas_ yas (@onlyyas_) reported

It is my understanding @ThreeUK have a duty to provide the deadlock letter if a customer is not satisfied with a complaint. Phone companies are required to provide this letter but three are refusing. @OmbudServices i have already made a complaint, how else can I get this letter?

  • Sh1rleyAnn ShIrley Lane (@Sh1rleyAnn) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried that so many times Kirsty. I spoke with someone at 930 this morning and its still not resolved. I even had to take my laptop to my mums today to work as signal keeps dropping. I have Internet TV so can't watch TV. Feeling very palmed off by Three

  • LumpOfCFC Kamalio (@LumpOfCFC) reported

    @britttanyzimm @miv5014 @ThreeUK Damn

  • Sh1rleyAnn ShIrley Lane (@Sh1rleyAnn) reported

@ThreeUKSupport are you still using covid as an excuse for a terrible customer service? Really?

  • tomreader tom reader (@tomreader) reported

@ThreeUKSupport everyday I can’t buy a data passport!? Please help

  • k1rtk Kurt Kiefer (@k1rtk) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@ThreeUK what’s wrong with the data network in the BN2 postcode? Got strong 4G signal but data network is all over the place!
