    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @Xavier233 @EE @ThreeUK I moved from @ThreeUK to @VodafoneUK best decision ive made. Even in the centre of Cardiff i could not get a signal with 3.

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's still not confirming whether an alternative network or compensation would be possible for any total loss of service over a certain amount of time. Can you confirm either or both are possible? And why do you need a recording?

    @ThreeUK hi internet used to be good for few months indoors at LS12 1ua. Now for last month it's completely useless . 240p video is lagging af... I'm terrified I've got 21 months left on contract with you with no signal at home almost at all.. :(
