@ThreeUK something isn't right with the mast in cf35 6tg. I normally have 4 bars and 4g but only 1 bar and no data. Its not just me either. Phone gets 5 bars and 5g 4 mile down the road so phone is ok

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

@ThreeUKSupport have been having really poor signal an mobile devices and three broadband in the HP23 area, and generally poor signal on my new iPhone. Any idea why? It’s very inconvenient, especially as I have just increased my monthly contract cost!

@ThreeUKSupport is there a way I can make a formal complaint ? I asked for a solution for bad signal, you guys send me a new SIM, and cut off my old sim before the new one arrives, I have had no signal today because of that.
