    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    @ThreeUKSupport So we have also tried browser & app & they just loop asking phone number , email, and then phone number,email .. Help desk told me to try browser, I explained we had, he said nothing more he could do?? Rang 444 and that doesn’t allow top up payment as phone is unlimited??
