    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with @ThreeUK at the moment. Iโ€™ve had signal issues for over a week now !! Bn132hs and surrounding areas. This is not good up until an hour ago I had no bars and Iam having to connect to WiFi to tweet this !!! #enoughsenoughnow

    People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didnโ€™t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport Such a shame. Three were also different to the other networks when it came to uncapped data and your Roam Free marketing. Now you're as bad as the rest.

    @ThreeUK your website wonโ€™t let me cancel my data add on, just says โ€˜service unavailableโ€™ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesnโ€™t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on

    How odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them Iโ€™m 3 staff (Iโ€™m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they werenโ€™t really from 3โ€ฆ.

    @IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

    @ThreeUK No advance notice of systems being down ALL WEEKEND, (can't even see an X post about it) so I'm now unable to purchase a Go Roam pass before I leave the UK on holiday. Not a happy Three customer.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out Iโ€™ll be leaving when my contract is up
