    @Rachel0ates @ThreeUK Can I complain about them. While I have unlimited data, I cannot set up a hotspot and the coverage I get where ever I go is the worst I've ever had of any network.

    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged £5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. £5 for air.

    Years ago if you wanted to ring @ThreeUK you got through straightaway. Today you can’t get through for love or money. Service has definitely gone down hill since 3 has grown in size. Very disappointing as Three used to be good. Shame.

    Just spent 45mins on the phone with Scot from the Glasgow. Same old same old. Also hung up on me. At least this man had the decency to say he was going to hang up on me. Passport in hand, changing my Saturday plans to go to the @ThreeUK store in Brighton.

    I dont know who the store manager is in your @ThreeUK store in Crawley but, the staff was more interested in chatting between each other rather than selling phones. Shame cause they lost a sale. So bad, it’s not the first time there

    Hi @ThreeUK what is up with your signal lately in the brierley hi area, used to get full bars of 3g and 4g signal, now barely getting 1 funny that because I can see the mast from my bedroom window I got a direct line of sight to it and it's still not reaching me 😂😂😂😂
