@ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesn’t really work most times or it’s just really slow. It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

Looks like I've been hit by the @ThreeUK network outage and can only see anything when I'm using our Wi-Fi at home. If I don't respond to anything, that's why.

@ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged £5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. £5 for air.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for clearing that up. That wasn’t explained on the website. The problem with the carousel means you have to wait to get your luggage on arrival. I’ll test it out though in two weeks and let you know!

@Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

@ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on

Over the last 5 days I have had an absolute nightmare with @ThreeUK and as a result advise no one to have a mobile contract with them. After so many years with so many contracts for my daughters, their service has been awful. So many lies and broken promises. Have cancelled 😡

@ThreeUKSupport No idea what a supercharged plan is - I choose whatever data plan I want per month & have done 4 years.This is via 444 - top up with unregistered card. It's a system issue not a 'plan' issue I believe. The addition of talking to the sales team option is new & breaks topping up.
