    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya I've just done a PAC code from Vodafone to ee for someone they're having problems when you try call them it keeps saying the number can't take your call they've contacted 3 numerous times but they keep saying wait 24 hours yet nothing?

    @ThreeUK Worst customer service experience ever and my anxiety level is through the roof, called three’s customer advisers multiple times over the corse of three weeks trying to set up a direct debit. It’s going to affect my credit score and they are all inefficient.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry Ali, this is not a postcode issue. They messed up sending a replacement SIM: claiming it has been activated (which I never received), they have deactivated my old SIM. So waiting for the new SIM. Funnily (not really) all this happened when I wanted to discuss an upgrade!

    so @ThreeUKSupport i cancelled in march then saw i was still being charged so i cancelled again in september and im still being charged , so i get on to customer service live chat and they tell me they can cancel i have to call cancellations but theres a big queue #THIEVES
