    @ThreeUKSupport I never spoke to anyone about a complaint! As the person on the phone was not the most helpful! 2 days of no data now! It’s not good enough!

    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged £5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. £5 for air.

    @ThreeUKSupport Will actually take the opportunity to review whether I renew at the end of the month. In all the time I have been with you - too long to mention - I have always been pleased with service. But now that you have grown loyalty does not seem to matter.

    Years ago if you wanted to ring @ThreeUK you got through straightaway. Today you can’t get through for love or money. Service has definitely gone down hill since 3 has grown in size. Very disappointing as Three used to be good. Shame.

    Just had a really annoying marketing call, I answered the person on the other end said something incomprehensible and then hung up. Googling the number it appears it’s a marketing number from @ThreeUK and lots of other people have had the same calls. Bad form three.

    I dont know who the store manager is in your @ThreeUK store in Crawley but, the staff was more interested in chatting between each other rather than selling phones. Shame cause they lost a sale. So bad, it’s not the first time there

    @ThreeUK I just need to say that your coverage is the worst I have ever experienced - Eurostar from Paris to London-spent most of the UK portion with poor or no service at all!! All around me on other networks were busy on their phones...this is rubbish!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've not been to this area before and yes the problem has been since I landed. As I said my Vodafone phone is on the same network without any problems.

    @mikejibson @ThreeUK Sounds much like my experience with Virgin Mobile on @EE network in Edinburgh. Amazingly fast when it works, but lucky if I get more than 2 bars, often goes to 3G or E, and where Vodafone reception was excellent in my office, EE is virtually non-existent.

    @foxemerson @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @giffgaff @oneplus @ThreeUKSupport Considering it but I moved from O2 to Tree about 4 years ago because I never had data coverage and basically wnt through the same issues as I'm getting now. Telecoms in the UK are ****** for all but the few. Doesn't matter what badge is in the can.

    @TheLynnLegend @SkyUK I never switched them back.. I just used 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 as the DNS to forward to for external lookups. I've since left sky for broadband (now using @ThreeUK 4G mobile broadband) as I needed better speeds (not Sky's fault, just area)

    @ThreeUKSupport your app isn't working so I can't top up, I'm moving house on Monday and I've been trying to get on the app to prepare for this for weeks but it isnt working. Just says its connecting and will take a minute but never works!
