    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

Every Chelsea supporter who has a 3 contract should consider another switching too another network.. &encourage friends&family to do likewise!!!
