    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport They said it’s automated and would come within 24 hours. It’s staring to feel like a tactic to prevent me from switching providers! Every message I’ve had so far said there’s a system error and to contact customer services - and they weren’t any help

    @ThreeUK I want my PAC code. Your app doesn’t work. The website doesn’t work. The text request system says contact customer services and customer services say I just need to wait. It’s an absolute shower. How do I get this fixed, without needing to go a CAPTCHA of smiling dogs?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have sent it off but the doc says you don’t hold data for more than 6 months so how do I officially file a complaint instead? I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and being lied to by your staff to trick me into a contract that is not favourable to me is disgusting!
