    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to chat with one of your colleagues and we reset the APN and it worked. I’m keep doing this for a month now. Sometimes it works when I reset the APN and sometimes it doesn’t. I just want a more consistent service without being worried that I can’t use my data.

    Hey, @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I never complained, but this is getting too much now, my Mobile Broadband barely reaches 1MB of download speed, it is happening more frequently every month, it is unusable And it is affecting my work, EXTREMELY MAD!!

    @EE The competition is weak. The standard is so poor I'll give it to EE though. At least one doesn't get sent around the universe via Customer Service based anywhere and everywhere but the UK. @ThreeUK take note And oh @giffgaff's mad unlimited data that is for the birds stuff #smh

    @mandinov @tescomobile @ThreeUK Yep they did improvement work for a week in my postcode. Ever since its been worse. No 4G constantly dropping out. Call constantly dropping mid call. Can't even video call the connection is so unstable. Same crap from customer service. "we have checked and its working fine"
