    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @Faizan__Ashfaq @ThreeUK Thanks , but I had different issue I requested an upgrade then cancelled it but they sent me a bill of £86 , after 1:20 of call I still have to pay that and that will be adjusted in future bills . @ThreeUK main have their customer service centres outside 🇬🇧mainly very incompetent

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh you didn't help! :D every time I call up you tell me there is maintenance in the area, been like since I had the contract. I have to reset it way too often. I now disconnect 6/7 times a day, not ideal when you are using remote desktop for work. Finding somewhere new now.

    @ThreeUK after cutting off my network and sending me a new sim for an existing number also to the wrong address and asking me to apply for a new one! Still no new SIM card has arrived. No point in telling me you understand my frustration... Where's my bloody sim card!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah been having the problem from the 14th of January, been rebooting the device work for an hour then slow/no page will load up and tales about 20mims, and apps won't work at all unless I keep rebooting the device all-day.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s £18.62 - for contract which I cancelled on next day which I took . Such a shame every week I have to beg for my own £ which is promised by complain department saying it will be in my account within 3 working days - sadly never happened. Oh god, I have to call 3 network again
