Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.
