@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@ThreeUKSupport @aflnewberry Their process is to keep customers circling around dialogue here/within UK, diagnostic call with India call centre, denial of any issue, then when pressed, finally, acknowledgment of issue. I've into my 8th consecutive month of this! The India team divulge info if pressed....
