@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@ThreeUK I have phones using all of different networks & Three is by far the worst Signal drops out for days despite being in an urban area. Haven't had any signal today & most of yesterday, and this has happened multiple times in the past few months Never happens with any other network

@ThreeUK Instead of F**king about sponsoring all kinds of stuff, why not concentrate on getting the network working properly. I can only get 4G on a good day and I'm 25 miles from the middle of London. Yet you want to sell 5G. After being a customer for 6 years I give up. Enough is enough
