@ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?

@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

@ThreeUKSupport I did, for which the guy on the chat said there was no information of the promised two week data on my account, so I was basically alluded to as lying and all he said was as nothing about data on previous chat nothing could do could speak to complaint department and the back end

@ThreeUKSupport Had never been ordered would send me one, screw up was on their end (three) I told them that hadnt been able to contact my mother who is ill and disabled due the issues I had had, so was offered two weeks unlimited data contact when my month at as you go unlimited package ends
