They have just replied with excuse number 7, No 8 is change your sim, no 9 is fully reset your phone. Best advice. go elsewhere. Three does not care @Three_Is_Broken

    (@iamj7e) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hi Finn - from what I've been able to find via Google Maps, the postcodes for the affected coastal area are FY2 9JS and a load of others in the FY2 9xx range. The coverage map shows it should at least enjoy outdoor 4G, but signal is degraded or unreliable.
