    @ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesnโ€™t really work most times or itโ€™s just really slow. Itโ€™s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect Iโ€™ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

    Once again Iโ€™m in central Hove with full 4G signal and @ThreeUK fails to allow me load anything more than text.... @Three_Is_Broken #useless

    @ThreeUK is now the only mobile network that doesn't offer all customers #wificallng. Only ones who are tied down to a headset from them

    @ThreeUKSupport Been like it since she'll last year. It's not my sim, not my phone, it's outage that is showing on your website.. it's says we have a fault and we need to go onto private land to fix. 9 months is a long time @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with @ThreeUK at the moment. Iโ€™ve had signal issues for over a week now !! Bn132hs and surrounding areas. This is not good up until an hour ago I had no bars and Iam having to connect to WiFi to tweet this !!! #enoughsenoughnow

    @Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think theyโ€™re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, youโ€™re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldnโ€™t mind if it was a temporary issue, but itโ€™s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    @ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeksโ€ฆ Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but itโ€™s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?

    @ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport For DAYS on end now, our 3broadband getting 6mbps down (with nearly 1sec of latency) & 35mbps up Customer care been worse than a waste of time, saying it's "congestion" A) I live in isolated rural area with a total of 7 houses B) *If* congested, add capacity
