@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m on Three, my partner is on @iD_Mobile_UK. Basically same network. So, why do I always get signal in areas she’s doesn’t? Does Three “throttle” iD, favouring direct Three customers?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

Dear @ThreeUKSupport when someone is trying to cancel their plan… Claiming your new mifi equivalent with bodged connectivity will work where I’ve told you the problem is that even when I get 3 or 4 bars I can’t use the service to load a basic web page…. Is not convincing.
