    @ThreeUK so after being on hold on live chat for 20 minutes waiting for you to connect me to customer relations! I decide to call! Answer then put the phone down without saying a word and ring back on on hold for over 40 minutes. Not happy at all!

    @ThreeUKSupport 21/10 and told by customer services live chat I have a 'known' national issue with wifi calling even after the 'its all fine now' email. They have no idea when it might be fixed. I rely on wifi calling due to poor signal. Poor. Very poor.

    @ThreeUKSupport Seems better but not great. I've reported a fault many of times, the last time this morning. I was promised it will be fixed within 2 hours, it isn't! I've really had it! I was even called a liar by your so-called customer relations in another country! Appalling!
