    @ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on

    @Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for clearing that up. That wasn’t explained on the website. The problem with the carousel means you have to wait to get your luggage on arrival. I’ll test it out though in two weeks and let you know!

    @ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesn’t really work most times or it’s just really slow. It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

    @ThreeUKSupport You are not able to process anybody who took up this deal as you apparently have a glitch in your system that wont allow you to do this promotion. 3 weeks and still not fixed the problem 🤔, perhaps you realised on this deal it would cost you too much money. I would suggest.....
