@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

@ThreeUKSupport I am speaking to them right now. My pay as you go sim keeps being blocked from the network. When I call/use chat to resolve it I am told it will be restored within 48 hours & it never is. I am also assured it won’t happen again & it does.

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for getting back to me. I just got a new summer boost sim card a month ago. The reception has been poor everywhere I go. Also, last night I tried to top up online, but none of the summer boost add ons were available so I ended up paying the old price for the old add-on.
