    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m on Three, my partner is on @iD_Mobile_UK. Basically same network. So, why do I always get signal in areas she’s doesn’t? Does Three “throttle” iD, favouring direct Three customers?

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with @ThreeUK at the moment. I’ve had signal issues for over a week now !! Bn132hs and surrounding areas. This is not good up until an hour ago I had no bars and Iam having to connect to WiFi to tweet this !!! #enoughsenoughnow

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Finally receive my replacement router(MC801A) after 7days without broadband. Plug in the router and went into update mode. Callled the dedicated team and was told the firmware was back to the broken version. Back to day 1 without internet.

    @alexbloor @ThreeUKSupport They've had a trial in the past, but it seems that's currently not running. On the @OnePlus_UK front, new update dropped this morning, so I'll restart journaling issues and hope the existing ones are fixed.

    @RicardoHav7 @trivago @ThreeUK Im sure a few fans cancelled their contracts. Three is garbage anyway so this might have been the last straw. Three also lost thousands of followers online. Think this entire thing massively backfired.

    @ThreeUK Why would 3 different phones have massively different signal levels using the same SIM (being swapped between them), in the same place? One gets 4G, the other two get 'H' - sometimes 'H+', but never better than that.

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor I've rang and explained my situation. I asked to end contrant and send me invoice. i was told theyre extending on discretion to June but never happened and my incoming calls are still blocked/ locked. I asked for PAC CODE they refused. I need phone for emergency incoming calls
