    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

    @ThreeUK USELESS 3 days 6 queues, get to front of one only 2 b told wrong dept.(I know but it’s the only way in!!) passed over to new longer Q then cut off!! Crap!!

    @ThreeUK is now the only mobile network that doesn't offer all customers #wificallng. Only ones who are tied down to a headset from them

    @ThreeUKSupport Been like it since she'll last year. It's not my sim, not my phone, it's outage that is showing on your website.. it's says we have a fault and we need to go onto private land to fix. 9 months is a long time @Ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with @ThreeUK at the moment. I’ve had signal issues for over a week now !! Bn132hs and surrounding areas. This is not good up until an hour ago I had no bars and Iam having to connect to WiFi to tweet this !!! #enoughsenoughnow

    @ThreeUKSupport why is my signal still playing up for the second day running, Iam unable to access the internet and phones running slow. The 3G and 4g keep dropping out.

    Just come back from #Cyprus where my #mobile signal & usage was fantastic. Landed back in the #UK and the @ThreeUKSupport service is utterly terrible despite having 4G and 3/4 bars. #CustomerService

    @ThreeUKSupport Roaming is enabled, spend cap has been removed and I'm currently connected to the windtre network but whenever I try to use data it is saying I've run out as well as not being able to make phone calls

    @ThreeUKSupport Well, todays the day that the 3 network team said work would be complete and normal speed internet restored. nPerf full test gave up on the streaming test. Couldn’t even start a 720 video never mind a 1080 Average spd 1.47mbps. Useless. Time to move provider.

    @kellielizabeth @ThreeUK It’s like £5 a day to use your phone as normal in the US now it’s so dumb. Luckily there’s wifi everywhere but if you’re without signal and don’t know where you are it’s a little scary!

    @ThreeUKSupport I just called and not very happy. I’ve waited 4 days, 2 working days, I confirmed today and now it’s tomorrow. I’m travelling all day. So I’ll be without a phone as I could lose signal at any moment. Ridiculous. Not a good start.
