-
SнеRlock 🕵🏻 (@SherlockyTweet) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.
-
stuart wall (@StuartWall34) reported from Worthing, England@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

-
pete judge (@Petergibbons7) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on
-

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Matt🦻 (@Matts_Tweeting) reportedterrible signal service since @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK merged. all networks have been crap with 5g never working and 4g being downgraded but this is ridiculous. signal checkers always say its fine. @SMARTYMobileUK uses 3 and i can't ever use what i pay for. #smartymobile
-
André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reportedI’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
-
micro manager. (@MicroManager45) reported@ThreeUK can you conform network issues, I have no phone, no broadband..
-
Danielle (@elektramonster) reportedWhat is going on with #threeuk have absolute 0 signal in sheringham Norfolk areas, thought I could rely on 3uk everywhere I go. #shocking @ThreeUK
-
'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!
-
enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reportedcongrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised
-
Aaron (@MimnaAaron) reported@ThreeUK You are a bunch of faggy Peadofiles Why ******** would you put a child riding an inflatable chicken for a reason to sell phone service Your a fruitcake service Thank **** I steered away from you Ring ring … Jeffrey Epstine is calling… ring ring pesos
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported@CasinoCapital @ThreeUKSupport Is that a bad thing?
