    @ThreeUK is now the only mobile network that doesn't offer all customers #wificallng. Only ones who are tied down to a headset from them

    @ThreeUKSupport what is going on with @ThreeUK at the moment. I’ve had signal issues for over a week now !! Bn132hs and surrounding areas. This is not good up until an hour ago I had no bars and Iam having to connect to WiFi to tweet this !!! #enoughsenoughnow

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    @ThreeUKSupport When I rang about a completely different issues, I was told my contract ends in July 2021. I haven’t signed a contract or verbally agreed to a 24mth contract. I would never agree to. I asked to hear the recording. I believed I was rolling on with monthly.

    @ThreeUK you sent a debt collection agency after me for a rolling monthly contract that I cancelled. I thought it was a spam! You have said there's no option but to pay, so out of principal I'll pay but will cancel my main contract I've had for 10yrs. Such a shame...

    @ThreeUK needs to seriously rethink their customer service strategy! I’ve literally had endless issues with an upgrade and reversing my contract! I spoke to 11 people in one call and they all said something different 🤯 it’s actually crazy how shocking they are! #ThreeUK

    My much loved @ThreeUK PAYG mobile upped '1,2 3 banner charges', to 5,10,10pence. Quite a hike guys! I think '3' has made mistake by joining the others. Also contract calls over UK inclusive/non inclusive num' are likely to cost more - back to the bad old days of mobile crooks.
