    @ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Trying to sort one of our contracts out. We thought we did this in July but after getting a letter today. Been on live chat for 40 mins and still not sorted. The advisor is very poor said he needed to transfer me. Still waiting. Ask to complain totally ignored

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUKSupport SP11 6UB iPhone 12 mini. I used to have full signal, now if I walk 300m away from home I get two bars and a bit further I get back to full signal. It’s as though a tower is out leaving a dead spot. I know another providers tower is down, could it be shared?

    @SamsungMobile Got new Z Flip 2 on 6.8. Shame it doesn't actually work, as STILL waiting for you to sort a comms issue between yourselves, Mobile Shop & @ThreeUK. 7 DAYS now since phone was delivered & loads of calls/emails with no luck. Absolutely shocking service!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did and explained the situation of no Service which is quote constant here. I was given a refund of good will? 3 Months of my current Sim Contract refunded. It is sad however that I have speeds like 56K dial up? Would you like a screenshot of my repeater?

    @ThreeUK You only disconnected my phone when I left you, sent the pac code to my disconnected phone even though I gave you another number to send it to, then 8 days to set up an account so I can get the pac code over the phone. Still not got the pac code. Never coming back to 3

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. It's been a week now and no service. I contacted your on-line support. After telling the individual the new SIM hasn't been enabled and explaining I can't just use the old SIM because they're different sizes, they gave up and said they had referred it to someone else. 1/2
