@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m on Three, my partner is on @iD_Mobile_UK. Basically same network. So, why do I always get signal in areas she’s doesn’t? Does Three “throttle” iD, favouring direct Three customers?

@ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money
