    Just come back from #Cyprus where my #mobile signal & usage was fantastic. Landed back in the #UK and the @ThreeUKSupport service is utterly terrible despite having 4G and 3/4 bars. #CustomerService

    @ThreeUKSupport Been like it since she'll last year. It's not my sim, not my phone, it's outage that is showing on your website.. it's says we have a fault and we need to go onto private land to fix. 9 months is a long time @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on

    @ThreeUKSupport So what chat team told me is wrong then.. told me it works on any phone on your network no limitations to having to purchase a limited phone from yourselves. @Three_Is_Broken

    @theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

    Looks like I've been hit by the @ThreeUK network outage and can only see anything when I'm using our Wi-Fi at home. If I don't respond to anything, that's why.

    @ThreeUKSupport new customer (2 weeks) at Gatwick airport south terminal. No mobile signal. I'm starting to regret switching from Vodafone. Please sort this out. I'm on the free wifi sending this tweet.

    People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )

    @ThreeUK is now the only mobile network that doesn't offer all customers #wificallng. Only ones who are tied down to a headset from them

    @chrisdetsicas @ThreeUK @giffgaff - was with 3 for 10 years and they kept cutting my data allowance. I get a shit tonne of data and flexibility for peanuts with giffgaff

    @ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesn’t really work most times or it’s just really slow. It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

    @ThreeUKSupport @danb8929 Three it's all of Basingstoke malls (RG21 7QU) and all Basingstoke festival (RG21 7BE) place and also our bus station (RG21 7BE) you may see no issues but its slow i have had recent times where my bus ticket on the stagecoach app would not load and amazon music wouldn't load

    @ThreeUKSupport That is really unsatisfactory as I specifically asked about the 10gb pay as you go plan and was told it would last 90 days I would have no issue if it didn’t start until I put it in my phone. Is there no way the start time cannot be moved on by two days

    If they want me to go, so be it. Pay as you Go is NOT a replacement of a SIM only plan, so that's me gone as customer. Especially the automatic move is really poor, but also the move to a ****** package is bad. Very poor customer experience, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Hello, I have just received a letter stating that my sim only contract which I currently pay £16 a month for is now £35 a month. I appreciate there is a annual increase but this is absolutely disgraceful. I would like to cancel my plan immediately.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for letting me know Kirsty, The signal seems to have gone back to its 4G coverage now. Not sure how long it’s been back up, only realised when I had finished work in my local Train Terminal.

    @HurrDurrDief @JymFox @ThreeUK Yea this is real sadly, and three has removed free EU roaming on the new contacts 😞 I think if you had free eu roming on your old contract they cant take it away from you until you cancel your contract but dont quote me on this

    @HurrDurrDief @JymFox @ThreeUK It is… it’s being discontinued on May 23rd. I did go to another network but the extra cost to have roaming wasn’t worth it so I went back to them. Other networks are being competitive on offering it. Three has basically gone from chalk to cheese on this one.

    I’ve been with @ThreeUK since I moved to London in 2011 but it’s gotten to the point where it impacts where I go if I know I won’t get a signal. Unlimited data for a flat rate is great, but not if you can’t use it!
