Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUKSupport Been like it since she'll last year. It's not my sim, not my phone, it's outage that is showing on your website.. it's says we have a fault and we need to go onto private land to fix. 9 months is a long time @Ofcom

-
JJ (@jacebase13) reported from Fulking, England@Kevin_Ellen_ @ThreeUK And free roaming if you're a PAYG customer with Three! If you're in contract and have no option to leave, you pay the charges! Not discriminatory much?
-
Colin Maddocks (@colin_maddocks) reported from Crawley, England@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.
-
Alex (@alessandrolnd) reported from Crawley, EnglandAll these weeks with signal problems with @ThreeUK and yet they dont even give their customers a single pound back.
-

-
Service please (@Unhappyconsume1) reported from Crawley, England@ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.
-
Aaron (@zeaaron) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?
-
Jae🏳️🌈 (@Torogram87) reported from Crawley, England@ThreeUKSupport Well it’s not good enough I’m a flight attendant on standby if I get a call and it doesn’t go through I’m the one who gets a meeting and a note on my record!!What exactly am I paying for his seems to be constantly happening so why am I paying my bill for service that’s not workin
-
Jason Sensation (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUKSupport Shit. Bingo. For all 12 excuses. @Ofcom @Three_Is_Broken
-
Bezzi Foley (@bezzi_foley) reported from Bolney, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport
-
Lou (@LouWilde80) reported from Hove, England@ThreeUK months and months of poor network, still no change. Haven't been able to call from the network in months. How do you plan on compensating your customers ?
-
J Chapman (@Lord_Chappers) reported from Crawley, England@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.
-
nebskii 🇪🇺🏳️🌈🐝 (@nebskii) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUKSupport Such a shame. Three were also different to the other networks when it came to uncapped data and your Roam Free marketing. Now you're as bad as the rest.
-
SнеRlock 🕵🏻 (@SherlockyTweet) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

-
Brett (@BrettOfTheSouth) reported45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport
-
Jim D (@jnides8) reportedFirst world problems but @ThreeUK changing their £1 coffee deal has lost them a customer. I could just about put up with the ****** coverage in return but there's no incentive to stay now.
-
Sean Redmond (@seanpaulguitar) reported@ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE
-
Danielle (@elektramonster) reportedWhat is going on with #threeuk have absolute 0 signal in sheringham Norfolk areas, thought I could rely on 3uk everywhere I go. #shocking @ThreeUK
-
Paul Onky (@CGarboid) reported@ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
