nebskii 🇪🇺🏳️🌈🐝 (@nebskii) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUKSupport Such a shame. Three were also different to the other networks when it came to uncapped data and your Roam Free marketing. Now you're as bad as the rest.
-

Aaron (@zeaaron) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?
-
🅱🅰🅻🅳🅿🅷🅸🅻🅻 / 🆁🅰🅽🆃🅵🅾🅾🆃🅱🅰🅻🅻 (@PDGCFC79) reported from Crawley, England@ThreeUKSupport as you know most of us can not work right now, and are not getting paid, i can not pay my bills for foreseeable Future, you shut phone lines down and it seems impossible to Get on The online chat, so you going to leave me no choice but to stop direct debits
-
Tim Hughes (@gotimmy) reported from Brighton and Hove, EnglandPeople are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )
-
Ben Nuttall 🏳️🌈🚗⚡️ (@irbenji) reported from Hove, EnglandOnce again I’m in central Hove with full 4G signal and @ThreeUK fails to allow me load anything more than text.... @Three_Is_Broken #useless
-
JMP 🇬🇧 (@BIGrsJ) reported from Horsham, England@ThreeUKSupport Problem is Kimberly that Three fail to admit there’s an issue & fob us off. It’s been terrible for a long time now & so has the customer service.
-
pete judge (@Petergibbons7) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on
-
Carlos De Santana (@CDeSantana) reported from Crawley, England@ThreeUK good afternoon guys, Could you guys shine light on why the signal is so bad in the Crawley area? We all need to communicate and I am struggling to call, open App Store and everything else in between?
-
Howie McConnell (@HowieMcConnell) reported from Sompting, England@ThreeUK told on 5 different occasions in the last 24hrs my phone would be here today... And nothing, not even a follow up as promised... @Vodafone @EE look for a new customer?
-
Gemma Hentsch (@gemmahentsch) reported from The City of Brighton and Hove, EnglandFirst location where @EE has let me down. Was at @LoadingBar in Brighton. (@ThreeUK wasn’t any better, its just EE failed on this square of the testing grid) #GemmaMobileHunt #NewMobileDataProvider #ReplaceThree
-
Bezzi Foley (@bezzi_foley) reported from Bolney, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s said ‘please try again later’. This is silly now, still no resolution. We have a letter that states ‘ please call us for a refund’ so we will just take this to a small claims court! @ThreeUKSupport
-
Buxton The Red (@BuxtonTheRed) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@ThreeUKSupport Your colleagues on Web chat support have looked after me, but thanks for checking in. The fault was annoying but the service from chat got things sorted.

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ronald (@ronaldlangeveld) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.
-
Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless And SMARTY I have in my phone but haven't been in UK for months, no issues
-
Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedB43 7EQ Great Barr very slow & no service again.Been told that @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are aware of issue.Been down for months,so why no action?
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
-
chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported.@ThreeUK .@ThreeUKSupport Having been a customer for a number of year had an awful experience yesterday with your upgrade team. Including being lied to! Very disappointing and no new handset arriving. Seriously considering another provider.
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
