Yes they said. Got a sim and got half a bar at home and 1 bar at work 🙈 Their Customer Svc virtually called me a liar so binned them

Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
