@ThreeUK so got up this morning and had WiFi calling in my house - took phone with me outside and came back to ‘no service’. Phone is useless without it as no signal in our village - please get it sorted! Done all usual fixes ....

@ThreeUKSupport I use your 4G broadband in SE8 and have been having massive issues with the internet. It's very hard to get online particularly in the evenings. Is there a number I can call for support? The Three helpline was unable to help with broadband

@Morkai__ @ThreeUKSupport They will ask for your full postcode then tell you one or more of these: Congestion To switch to 3G There's work in the area / upgrades SIM problem To restart your phone Fixed in 7 days They've been saying a combination of these things for nearly 2 years!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Jenn. Already done that and told to switch device off and on, reset to 3G only etc. No difference. I have two friends with the same problem here. All we can do is save the evidence. This problem is REAL.
