Excuse me @ThreeUKSupport, not really a fan of multiple unknown people calling me saying I have called them when I never ever use the call function. Sooo what gives? And when I do try and call and chat with @ThreeUK no answer? Soooo what’s up? Help? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Only time I got that to load it had chat as unavailable 😂 got a new phone arriving Wednesday. If that doesn't solve it, can I just get a refund, il have to switch network 🤷

@ThreeUK 4G service is crap! In London all day today. Full 4G signal, no service. Had to turn off. On the train now, 4G signal but no service. This is being tweeted on 3G. Similar problems in Newcastle. Looking to switch.

@ThreeUKSupport At home not really, anywhere else I'm fine, at my house just nothing, or takes 5 minutes to load. Last night I managed to hot spot for an hour no issues and then just dropped out. Very intermittent 🤷

@ThreeUK so got up this morning and had WiFi calling in my house - took phone with me outside and came back to ‘no service’. Phone is useless without it as no signal in our village - please get it sorted! Done all usual fixes ....

@ThreeUKSupport I had one text on arrival. Nothing since. How can I incur additional charges of over £100 when I have not used the phone, and roaming not working? I have bookings for next 2 weeks and I cannot contact them.
