    @ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

    @ThreeUKSupport It is now over a week since the incident and apart from receiving a bill for early termination yet you knew he didn't ask for the PAC code we have had no correspondence from 3 we are going to the press on this and you better have answers for them as we are contacting your CEO

    @ThreeUK 4G service is crap! In London all day today. Full 4G signal, no service. Had to turn off. On the train now, 4G signal but no service. This is being tweeted on 3G. Similar problems in Newcastle. Looking to switch.

    @ThreeUKSupport Only time I got that to load it had chat as unavailable 😂 got a new phone arriving Wednesday. If that doesn't solve it, can I just get a refund, il have to switch network 🤷

    @ThreeUKSupport At home not really, anywhere else I'm fine, at my house just nothing, or takes 5 minutes to load. Last night I managed to hot spot for an hour no issues and then just dropped out. Very intermittent 🤷

    @ThreeUK so got up this morning and had WiFi calling in my house - took phone with me outside and came back to ‘no service’. Phone is useless without it as no signal in our village - please get it sorted! Done all usual fixes ....

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".

    I miss my @ThreeUK contract, had no problems in three years. Switched networks and have had 5 separate issues in a little over 3 weeks! The grass isn’t always greener folks...

    @lealolivas @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three have gone downhill (imo). They recently closed a number of call centres (in India) and it seems staff working from home are struggling. I've transferred to ViginMobile whose call centres seems to be in the Philippines, and find the service much better.

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    The signal on @O2 is terrible even in my friend house where it had full 5g signal only got about 10Mbos. @ThreeUK gave bout 30Mbos/ 3g. What's goin O2. Was I wrong 2 switch... I thinkmy home & area isn't the only place. Ur signal is terrible with the fact u have 900mhz spectrum
