@ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesn’t really work most times or it’s just really slow. It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

@theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

@Rachel0ates @ThreeUK Can I complain about them. While I have unlimited data, I cannot set up a hotspot and the coverage I get where ever I go is the worst I've ever had of any network.

@ThreeUK your website won’t let me cancel my data add on, just says ‘service unavailable’ finding it impossible to get through to someone on phone, just directs me to your app which also doesn’t work. Gonna cancel my contract if you charge me for this add on

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for clearing that up. That wasn’t explained on the website. The problem with the carousel means you have to wait to get your luggage on arrival. I’ll test it out though in two weeks and let you know!

@Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, it's pointless DMing as the festival is over now! I was more curious as to why 3's service was the worst it's ever been at Glastonbury Festival. EE users obviously had the best because EE provide the festival with 5G, but friends on Vodafone had signal way more than me!
