It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
