    @ThreeUK is now the only mobile network that doesn't offer all customers #wificallng. Only ones who are tied down to a headset from them

    @Kevin_Ellen_ @ThreeUK And free roaming if you're a PAYG customer with Three! If you're in contract and have no option to leave, you pay the charges! Not discriminatory much?

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service !! Ongoing issues for over 2 months, on live chat for 2 hours hour of which being passed around. Was told by 2nd line support that due to the issues I can cancel my contract to now to be told yes if I pay a fee only. Disgusting company

    @ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?

    @Paul_Doc @AmyFisherSA @ThreeUK I think they’re cutting costs with bandwidth. In a city with lots of users, you’re sharing limited bandwidth. The 3G network is less congested so ends up being faster. I wouldn’t mind if it was a temporary issue, but it’s been like this for 18 mths & seems to be getting worse.

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Three was dire when I first started caravanning 10 years ago but in the last few years I've never failed to get a 4g signal - though having the external puck from @Solwise has certainly helped in weak signal areas.

    @ThreeUK I have just wasted most of my morning trying to understand why having switched to Three Business I have Three Personal asking why I have cancelled my DD. Past from pillar to post listening to awful hold music. I give up. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport why is my signal still playing up for the second day running, Iam unable to access the internet and phones running slow. The 3G and 4g keep dropping out.

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUKSupport The connection status for the area around YO7 1LB in North Yorkshire is "Data Services Unavailable". A man with a van is required carrying a new module, nice signal level, but no throughput.

    @threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.

    £15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
