@ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

Contacted retention before cancellation, nothing possible. I'll move to Lebara through MSE, first 5 months 1.99 with 5gb with roaming. That's a deal.

@ThreeUKSupport since updating to iOS 15.4 I’ve been unable to use my mobile data which is a pain as I don’t pay for Wi-Fi with having an unlimited data plan. Can’t even check the network checker as even on a friends Wi-Fi page is down!
