    @ThreeUK ever since you did work near my house I have had awful signal for the next 2 weeks… Basically you sent a message saying there would be network issues for 2 days but it’s been the 2 weeks after too, fine everywhere else just issues near my home. Who do I contact?

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money

    @ThreeUKSupport Can I cancel it on expiry now? So like request for it to not renew now so that I don't have to wait until December to send in the request. I really don't want this hanging over my head until then, I'd like to move on with my life and forget about this!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just measured at 1.2 up 1.7 down, but it has been a little better than that at around 12. Three website says work ongoing at OX1 4UP and every time I check 4g it doesn’t work at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete. I think that's a bit dodgy. It's the number I have stored for Three Customer Service. Add this issue to the poor data at home, as well as not being able to use my data as much as I want abroad on 100G, I'll be considering cancelling when contract is up after 13 years!

    @ThreeUKSupport I wasn’t rude, but I expressed my concern & frustration given I have 3 separate contracts with your company. It’s now 5 weeks that internet speeds have been inconsistent. Both on home broadband & my handset. You’re rolling out 5G when you need to get 4G right.
