    @ThreeUKSupport Such a shame. Three were also different to the other networks when it came to uncapped data and your Roam Free marketing. Now you're as bad as the rest.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for clearing that up. That wasnโ€™t explained on the website. The problem with the carousel means you have to wait to get your luggage on arrival. Iโ€™ll test it out though in two weeks and let you know!
