Everytime I drive past these points the signal on my phone will show full but the call will go silent.

My question is how are you going to compensate for this? The soil will need replacing and the broken planter will need fixing.

There's also places like a40 Westfield where everytime the call will fall silent. I've never had these problems before

It's just the cherry on top of all the terrible signal, slow 4G, calls which compare l with talking through a sock! All the WiFi calling in the world can't improve it!
