@ThreeUKSupport You keep calling us. So we called back Saturday and stayed on hold 20mins for you to say your systems are down and we’ve just done the same and you’ve said the same? Your staff are also incredibly rude about it.

2 hours spent trying to access a customer service advisor with @ThreeUK once to be told that the systems are down and phone back then I was cut off and the third time I suspect I was cut off because there were 3 minutes to go before the department shut !!!!! Disgusting

Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

Just had a post cancellation Customer Satisfaction Survey from @ThreeUK 😂 Safe to say I didn't hold back, especially after we had to pay the £120 to settle the account 😳

@BumperGraham @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Graham, We've messaged their social media team about 10 times without a response 😂 They claim someone else must have called off his mobile. Considering the house is locked down and only people in are Macmillan nurses we have no idea how it can be £150 more this month

It would have been much more for the month ending tomorrow if there wasn't a default £150 cap on the account. Before this happened he'd never gone over his usual monthly charge in years of being with you @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK Hi Three, I am getting this same problem. It began last night when I was cut off mid-call. I gave unlimited minutes & no control spend blocks. Clearly from this thread this has been an ongoing issue. Is there a fix? I've been a customer for 10 years but this is a massive problem.

@ThreeUKSupport Outgoing calls - get a weird, almost foreign dialling tone. When the person answers there is a delay on the call (from my end). If I hang up and then the person calls me back, the problem is gone. I asked around and a few people on Three are having the same thing

@ThreeUKSupport We were told this problem has been resolved for a second time but still no resolution and double charged again this month. This is totally unacceptable now. Customer service has been horrendous. Please can this actually get sorted out? Ombudsman next.
