Considering the house is locked down and only people in are Macmillan nurses we have no idea how it can be £150 more this month

2 hours spent trying to access a customer service advisor with @ThreeUK once to be told that the systems are down and phone back then I was cut off and the third time I suspect I was cut off because there were 3 minutes to go before the department shut !!!!! Disgusting

Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

@ThreeUK Currently abroad & can’t get a Data Passport. Received a text with the link and it just takes me to the Three homepage, the same when I manually type the link in. Online chat told me to manually connect to a network. That didn’t work. Now spent a fortune on data. Help!
