@ThreeUKSupport You keep calling us. So we called back Saturday and stayed on hold 20mins for you to say your systems are down and we’ve just done the same and you’ve said the same? Your staff are also incredibly rude about it.

Considering the house is locked down and only people in are Macmillan nurses we have no idea how it can be £150 more this month

2 hours spent trying to access a customer service advisor with @ThreeUK once to be told that the systems are down and phone back then I was cut off and the third time I suspect I was cut off because there were 3 minutes to go before the department shut !!!!! Disgusting

They will not admit this and now happily waste your time getting you to move the router, will try different Sims, or other time wasting tactics. Homefi is terrible and should not be sold

@ThreeUKSupport Three used to be brilliant. Never a dropped call, never any call quality issues, and superb internet speeds. Lately I and everyone I know on 3 are having poor quality calls and internet speeds of H and H+ more often than 4g.
